These "Moqui Marbles" are a few hundred feet southeast of "Ventilated Hill" and vary from a quarter inch to an inch and a half in diameter. They look like enlarged rounded spatters found below a welding booth. Many of them landed in sand, and the bottom part stayed small while the upper part continued to grow from hot material sprinkling down on them, so they ended up looking like button mushrooms.
