AN INVOCATION

My fine friends, people of good will, dream;

how nice all things seem

if we would travel there and live happily together,

and there live kindly and love delightfully,

there to grow naturally

those visions that picture you, each season with perfect weather.

 

Swimming Suns that shimmer there

through cloud sculptured air

move me miraculously, as appears

contained within the mirror skies

of your gentle twin eyes

when I behold them joyfully decorated with liquid diamond tears.

 

There where no pain and sorrow exist,

but each lives to their own measure,

happily working and playing, respecting one another’s rights,

while living reasonably in pursuit of pleasure.

 

Charming furniture that warmly wears

like old friends, the rich luster of the years

quietly glowing within our music filled rooms

precious art works and exquisite flowers in full bloom

grace us with their presence, as fragrances float on the air sweet as perfume

our senses pleasantly compete in balanced harmony as a well played tune;

coordinated light fixtures, door knobs, Eastern carpets, window coverings and bathroom

fixtures help decorate the ceilings and walls.

Interspersed mirrors deep and mysterious as the sea, help hold our imaginations

enthralled.

 

Also from the walls peer hi-resolution photos of original works of art splendidly framed,

where they are hung,

to stimulate the senses and engage the mind, and leave never a moment for loneliness;

our souls would kindly commune with themselves and each other, in sweet and secret

tongues.

 

There where no pain and sorrow exist

but each lives there lives to their own measure,

happily working and playing, respecting one another’s rights,

while living reasonably in pursuit of pleasure.

 

Observe, protected by a breakwater, from the violence of the sea

there past the estuary and port in quiet canals

those sleepy small ships that dream of sailing free,

and, for a modest fee satisfy

your least caprice and little desire, they’ll agree to hire

through all the waters of the seven seas.

 

The dying sun, as day expires

bathes everything as if on fire,

then the canals look like the waters have all ignited

in crimson and gold

and, land settles into shades of jasmine and emerald

radiantly strolls before the sea that gently reflects a beautiful good night.

THIS IS HOW IT WORKS

In the soft growing light of early morning,

my hungry eyes feast on the fresh strewn

banquet of colors.

 

The world is beautiful, a chorus of songbirds

lyrically sings unseen, in the green sea

of optimistic trees.

 

A sun washed gray road runs through

the empty superficial suburbs, I gaze out of my window

at the safe desolate street.

 

In a neighbor’s window, a shadow furtively disappears

behind a curtain that slightly moves; and, suddenly, an absurdly loud

contrived conversation is shouted, to be sure of being heard,

about topics designed to be sadistic.

 

In another neighbor’s yard, two children are being pimped,

the daughter as a whore and the son as a pervert; and,

in a third neighbor’s another scene from the theatre of the absurd,

where a child is unctuously dropped off to be watched. Do these folks only shout?

 

I smell the sweet blooming roses below in the garden,

their fragrance overwhelms the cup of tea that sits nearby.

 

This is how it works:

under the pretence of public safety for children,

the land is turned into a prison;

but, that’s beside the point,

the point is to not be a prisoner.

 

 

 

AT LAST I UNDERSTAND

At last I understand why during last summer,

we walked through the sunshine and felt its gentle warmth;

and, why we spent time gathering flowers in mountain meadows,

and while we would rest enjoying the wonderful gifts of Nature the shade by cool streams

and wisps of smoke curl of recondite joy from the fresh clipped grass.

 

As if I were a cloud riding high above the earth on rarefied currents of air

the light passing through my body transformed into the rainbows of various states of

consciousness.

that I might penetrate and pass on the world’s beauty

that’s come to reside inside the very depths of me: this is my essence.

 

The symphony of melodic sounds that lyrically swells and is felt and conveyed from me

to you, note by note,

from every fiber of my being . For this I prayed,

and, the gifts of God growing my human clay form from which its impression is made.

The restive movements you’d make when I sat and read to you prose and poems.

 

I impaled by their rapturous beauty

that you might by absorbing its lyrical sonorous sounds,

and striking imagery and the profound wisdom of its Truths.

You absorbing all this love, in the warmth of my touch on your mother’s miraculous

swollen stomach.

 

 

LET ME RESIGN

In the weary morning, following in the wake

of another sleepless night, let me resign myself,

in great lassitude, to rest trusting in you.

 

Free me from the blasphemous coercive force

that cruelly compels my flagging spirit,

to abandon worshiping your wonderful gracious gifts.

 

Its You who kindly closes this veil of dawning darkness

on these sad and weary eyes

in hopes of opening them, once again, on your renewed free and glorious heights.

 

TO LOVE

My heart raced fast, what euphoria - away!

Fast as thought I hurtle a human rocket,

Earth receding exhausted, at the end of day,
night loiters on the valley floor.

A blanket of blue mist wrapped around it,

the thicket stands where newly planted cedars and firs are absorbed

beneath the drained of color nocturnal skies.

 

Perched above a canopy of leaves sits a half-moon

casting compassionate glimmers through thin pale mists

softly the wind slipped away, as shadowy runes

spoke sinister secrets in words whispered.

Night ordered an army of grotesques to retire

that was a fraction of the day’s torturers now buried in the dark,

my mind, a devoured and devouring fire;

but, gently flowing inside – my heart!

 

You, I saw behind me, as you replied words which echo with sweet happiness that

mirrored my own,

my heart was with within you, luminous, beating next to yours, deep inside,

our shadows merged as one.

From our evening walk an effusive blush colors your pretty face,

with roseate colors more lovely than make-up; and, enhanced an honest expression

that’s impossible to be taught.

For me, oh God, this happy moment is bliss!

And, we were wise enough to realize, how lucky we were, to own a love that couldn’t be

bought.

 

Too soon, we were back beside our car, standing there;

and, my heart, swollen with joy, saw the moon climb high above the trees:

how sublime your smile was, where

we felt such love, among so much sadness and misery!

We left, our earnest gaze penetrating the devouring darkness,

the park dwindling into distance, as we drove off:

yet, to be loved, what happiness!

Oh God, what happiness, to love!

 

 

 

DAD DIED

My dad kept a canary colored convertible

that he used to drive, while selling door to door;

and, sometimes we went with him,

with the entire nation for his territory

selling illusionary prospects of future prosperity,

to the market of the blind.

What material dreams based on conspicuous consumption

we knew was like the drunkards dream.

 

My dad died, and when he died

he left nothing but a stack of debts.

My step-dad sold the car, and the road took it away;

but I, I keep the lyrical voices and strong images

set in my ear and in my mind’s eye, and felt within my heart

the sight of the yellow car on the open road beneath blue skies,

for which my father’s ghost grieves.

The public becomes impoverished by being feasted on next year’s seed.

 

Eclipsing the Sun, as darkness cloaks the day,

I don’t see the pole star, only a golden calf with ruby eyes,

which hearkens a new age of old fashioned greed driven tyranny.

But, the three men who enter at the door

aren’t the three wise men, they’re as absurd as the three stooges.

Profitless their wasted time here

burglarizing the cloistral eye like cataracts that blind,

or the programmed propaganda on the morning news.

 

And, toward this new archaic beginning, first described by Aristotle,

the Earth now turns. And, as lights turn on , in the Westward darkness,

I’ll go to meet those three. Now

here the past, present and future.

Worthless such visions to eyes dull with pain

that describe Druid’s demise, or Sparta’s capitulation to Rome;

and, Evil shackles, “My country ‘tis of thee....”

 

 

 

 

 

NIGHT

Grayish-green stand the wilted weeds

scattered in tufts on the febrile earth,

while grass cropped and shriveled erupt into ethereal wisps

curling heavenward, elusive spirals, stretching miraculous polychromatic hours.

 

And, a reprieve, for days and months that pass on tempest filled feet,

while we build gray buildings to house worn weary years;

built by bitter poverty and cruel coercion, and constructed with sad deceit

and sadistic goaded sweat and tears, into lacerated time.

 

In the sylvan West Slopes a solitary stand of Redwoods

stands sentinel surrounded by the carnivorous city that hypocritically hates, based on

love,

its suppressed victims; even here, stark and naked, night trembles passionately

even as the storm shattered shards of glass pierce cloisteral eyes – intimating a blind lead

night.

 

In the storm’s raging heart a threnoby;

but, not for this foul degenerate filth, doomed to collapse under the weight of its own

corruption,

for from this sick tyranny’s sadistic adversity comes strength,

and when the wind suddenly slackened all that remains is a ravaged land with scarred

ruins.

 

And, then gray among the fields of utter desolation

silence hangs heavy above the wanton waste of oppressed people,

where the wicked destroyers, look like grotesque amputees;

how many mutilations, and their sincere victims, are subject to anguish and robbed of

human dignity.

 

But, my pain wasn’t only from this. I too, demand my basic Human Rights and dare to

be Happy.

In the canyons of grief by the disconsolate cliffs, I’m subject to their evil behaviors

as they strive to overwhelm reason and make others more miserable than themselves.

I’m bound to the gray essence that comprise their empty lives filled with nothingness.

 

Nothing remains buried beneath pain and my broken innocent dreams:

once recycled by leprous walls built on foundations of sadness,

a witness to dead decades of perverted faith and decaying civilization,

closed by countless iniquities: all without reason.

 

 

IMPRISONED

Imprisoned within a solid oak early American mirror

positioned at the end of a hall, creating the illusion

of extending space are shallow people, with empty ambition blinded by bad clichés

and who never allow themselves a moment of sincerity;

they always have the virtue of silence,

and are nattily attired with crimson wounds for mouths,

and hearts filled with banalities. Musical motifs’ notes

bounce off walls in random deterministic patterns to Jules Breton’s audience of one

loyally listening to an evening performance of the song of the lark,

and Rembrandt’s numbered etching of Jacob and Isaac who quietly listen, too.

The music from the past plays through the present and devoid of hope disappears into the

future.

In the mirror, a shadow sinisterly flits of something just out of sight

moving into nowhere, like the Colorado River that simply disappears.

A gong sits solemn and silent near a bouquet of bronze lilies without scent.

Inverted gas shades, now electric, caste a steady light

over harvested fields where swallows flit whose song

doesn’t resound beautifully through the rarefied air over the sonorous soil

now touched with evening moisture, while the sun simply vanishes.

It doesn’t matter if dinner is a little late, even the swallows

nesting for night, watch while shadows grow,

in vast empty landscapes where muted colors melt and merge in real darkness.

 

 

 

NO ONE KNOWS

No one knows what will be,

when we stand on the precipitous precipice,

at the end of time, gazing at the great beyond.

Wouldn’t shallow youth, shinning eternal, gleam a bit insipid

after a century or two? Or, do we chance to reside

in the valley of darkness, all our memories cleared

like the dark stage with lights dimmed after the final curtain call?

Foreign universes and discontinuous time will welcome us

in new systems of symbolic communication rhyming cosmically

across time with every molecule being folded into fields of mind!

And, how to explain what preceded it, Cadmus and his dragon,

a grim fairy tale, a black fable to explain all of this?!?

Still, would any form of human conscious willingly pick

a congenial paternalistic compulsory existence, no matter how well intending,

or wise, rather than a life based on free will and self-determination.

God was infinitely wise giving us the gift of freedom,

to coincide with a consciousness; and, phonemes

to lyrically convey what our minds contain. How far will we

travel through the universe on our space ship earth,

iteratively echoing events between Sun, Moon, and Earth.

And, at some distant time in some new formed ancient land

someone will look at the grass and clouds

and silently reflect at all this and feel that they too belong.

 

 

 

 

THERE CAME THREE MEN

Suddenly, one day, while alone praying in his dessert cave

St. Panuphius was visited by a female devil,

who for secret sexual favors offered sadistic violence,

perverse predatory pleasures, and vice ridden and corrupt political power.

 

Three dark phony bikers each one lewdly paired with a right wing whore

were trying around midnight to get a room,

with the ill gotten gains they’d obtained on one of their most recent missions

Honk! Honk! “Hey is anyone up? It was one of them standing straddling his bike.

 

“Hey there, how about a room, for some shelter from the storm!?

Turn on your lights and look and see,

these little darlings are fifteen, and we’re taking ‘em back to LA

We wont bother room service, because we’ve brought our own refreshments.”

 

The motel seemed asleep.

“Hello in there, hello!”

It was one of them shivering from the cold.

“Hey there!”

 

“Shelter in the name of Christ, and Marie, mother of God!

We’ve been in Northern Arizona on a job looking for freaks on the lake,

our clothes and luggage are soaking wet, and our bikes need gas,

one has a slow leak on the rear wheel and needs a patch.”

 

A light turned on inside, framing the door with a line of light.

“Go away, biker demons of the night!”

It was the owner and his night clerk, armed with cell phones.

“Go away, daughters of deceit! God protect us if you’re real and are right wing bikers

harboring young whores, or at least harboring juveniles in our midst..”

 

“Come on! Let’s get the Hell out of here!” cried the dark bikers, “Come on! Let’s go!”

And, in the distance their engines departed after the whispering wind, the lake and the

dessert.

“To treat 15 year old sinners, we could have given ‘em a room and a meal,” complained

the young clerk chubby as a cherub.

“Brother,” muttered the owner in the privacy of his ear, “you’ve forgotten Mrs. Smith

and her niece, waiting in room five for their mid-night treat!”

 

 

 

 

UNDER THE APPLE TREE

Firs! and from the radiant warm house suddenly burst such a sweeping bright comet

light!

The murmuring voices intermittently percolate loud noises that swell on the wind.

Devout Grandpa, his island house and out buildings form large, white, geometric shapes:

really, wind buffeted characters cast – perhaps; or, solid citizens

dressed in their Sunday best finery, with dark suits and somber dresses.

My Dad was conservatively attired in his suite of comfortable affluence.

 

For in the afternoon on the block wide lot a homestead farm sat, lost in the city,

all along the street, where bored square houses squat, I saw blue collar proletariat workers

on parade,

who with their families all adequately dressed and boisterous because the city was

hurrying home

to Sunday brunch, surged with a tide of hungry life, before sleep caught the post super

pilgrims converted into a God represented by a golden calf, whose worshippers dosed in

in easy chair slumber.

 

And, lights at noon illuminated dark houses and my joyous flights.

And, I believed laundry chutes and under stair closets were lit kingdoms

explored every evening at the dream of castles’ donjons,

at the hour when our heads bowed differentially as the cast

were joined in another performance, before dinner theater audiences frozen in mirrors.

 

Firs! and the happiness...

of interwoven roots! The city’s stale exhalations mixed with the dying day’s wind,

where v-shaped flights of wild geese called to each other in the gathering gloom,

where in the cold biting rawness of West winds burdened by Autumn storms,

morose moons rose and green descended flooding the valley in its deluge.

 

And, the uncles talked quietly among themselves behind loosened belts and shirt collars,

and, the aunts fussed in the kitchen before alighting, one by one, on living room furniture.

They had parked their cars in the drive and along the street.

And, the house became stuffed with memories under the apple tree.

 

 

 

BITTER COMFORT

Time’s clear cut harvest

on your furrowed face,

the night tempest approaches;

and with it the moment when

the forgotten ones issue from the prison of their lives,

the forgotten ones, the ones who are dead;

but, already the mysterious rainbow

is arching its colors

topologically covering the curved surfaces of space

exposing the bitter comfort that is my verse.

 

ABSENCE

Friend, you’re estranged,

you’ve become someone I don’t know.

A stranger lost in the distance.

For you, my heart is troubled, it can’t find any peace;

because, of the troubled prospects that he no longer exists

 

Who’re you, who fills my heart,

I can’t inquire least you be brutally tormented and cruelly hurt,

or worse destroyed, and you become a base sycophant,

a mere extension of another person’s empty vanity, like a shallow grotesque shadow.

Night fall descends, the whole world is plunged in darkness:

you fill the entire universe with your absence.

 

 

 

HOW STRANGE

Summer is over the green leaf canopy thins that loves us,

already cold nights drove a mouse into the basement, where it expired in the trap

it couldn’t see.

Yellowing leaves foreshadow Autumn above us,

and red blue berry bushes join the yellow raspberry and strawberry leaves.

 

The hour of departure approaches and disturbs our perfect love.

How strange our loving God overlooks one of life’s great paradoxes:

the greater the love the more painful the loss.

The season of passion is passing, leaving us behind and forgotten.

 

Let’s confront it with a kiss and a brave smile,

how strange the troubling prospect of parting!

RUMOR MILL

From whence it came, social and political structures

 

I’ve covered for the last 13 months, with a month long interruption last month, the contemporary consequences of faction. I was motivated to do it not only because the version I’ve given is based upon hard Truth and is historically accurate and contrary to the programmed prejudices produced by the radical right faction propaganda-machine based on a pattern borrowed from Herr Goebel and first established to help control society with Nazi Germany during the 1930’s and 1940’s; and, so is conflicting with many people’s based on the radical right faction’s Republican government stories on this subject, as I’ve already previously mentioned in earlier essays; however, a new source has come out on internet that has done an excellent job of repudiating every major contention of the radical right Republican administration it is http://video.google.com/videoplay?docid=-5946593973848835726 , and I encourage you to watch it if you’ve got the extra one hour and fifty-two minutes to spare having your misinformation corrected; but, back to the topic at hand, principally because the safety and security that forms the foundation of freedom on which the nation’s Constitution rests, will be better appreciated, when viewed in a linear context. In America we became a colony of England after first, the Dutch, the Spanish and finally the French were driven out as part of the resolution of a European based conflicts played out on a global scale culminating in the British Empire. Serious students of history are encouraged to read David Hume’s History of England, to receive a detailed account of the machinations that lead up to a combination of Roman, Saxon and Norman influences that transformed a people who were little better than slaves into a nation of people based on another superior social standard.

In England a three tiered society evolved into a political structure based on the Magna Charta, where a unique social structure prevailed. The nobility won from the king codified rights guaranteed by the Magna Charta that evolved into the English Constitution. Equally significant is the basic antecedent social structure that logically extended itself into the previously mentioned political codification of human rights. The Saxon nobility evolved not from wealth but personal valor in battle and wisdom in council that eventually became continual in families. All the nobles evolved from the “frilingi” or freeborn population who constituted the majority of the people. The second basis for Saxon freedom was precedent that evolved into common consent and elections to what came to be recognized as judiciary and legislative positions. It’s interesting to note that our term for lazy seems to have evolved from the lowest strata of Saxon society the “lazzi” or slaves, who being compelled to work and not free had no personal motivation.

This was the state of English society, with the exception of the Magna Charta, at the time of the Norman invasion. American historian, and grandson of American President John Adams, Henry Adams has an excellent expose on the dynamic character of the Normans of this period, interested parties are referred to his memorable work, “Mont Saint-Michel and Chartres”. The pattern of oppression that prevailed by the Normans was abusive, as lords and kings autocratically extorted their claims over tenant citizens, ‘till the underlying social structure eventually absorbed the Normans and made itself felt, with the rise of the Civil Rights and freedom made manifest in the already mentioned Magna Charta. But, it was true that neither the kings nor lords in single or combined could prevail over the collective will of the people and precedents established by custom. It was this foundation of precedents that evolved into the law of the land and established itself as the bedrock of the will of the people that formed the consent to be governed and eventually became the Parliament and ruled supreme over both king and nobles and commoners alike. The fact is desire for Liberty and the expression of Human Rights as Civil Rights stretches back in Germany to the misty veil of pre-history, as is the case in Rome, which established the pre-requisite condition of personal Liberty regardless of class (plebian and patrician) that made their pre-eminence in the ancient world possible.

This tradition, which the British crown has utilized to great advantage and which has benefited the commoners, too, protecting them from abuses of their rights by the lords, has resulted in creating an alliance between crown and commoners that for the most part united to hold encroachments by the nobility at bay through the precedents set in English courts. And, after England experience with Cromwell the lawful king literally was the choice of the people. Therefore, the king of England became better than the gangs of usurpers, who were their contemporaries and that ruled and robbed their countries all over the surface of this miserable world. In England, the church became subordinate to the state and served to assist the king in habituating the people to this general doctrine, which is the foundation of English government’s claim to power; and, as did the concept of the divine right of kings which lead to the establishment of tyrannies and their ensuing excesses and abuses all over Europe that held swing ‘till the French revolution and the Napoleonic Era, re-aligning political power to reflect contemporary social and economic realities, as eruditely noted by Wolfgang Goethe and Rene Chateaubriand among others. And, so Western Europe witnessed the rise of Democracies, and the European nation states’ public institutions which reflected their pre-existing social foundations. A concept of Democracy that has held true, ‘till recently when the radical right faction Republican Revolution displaced the American government transforming it to function in its favor by making large amounts of money, to which it has no legitimate claim; and, it removes the security function of government, replacing it with their tyrannical model of government predicated on duplicitous fear, based on the politics of terror in the Post Cold War Era.

Thus these right wing politicians proceeded with little notice taken of the fundamental shift of their doctrines, from developing policies that pursued the broad base of public interests and benefited everyone to the policies that made large amounts of money for a small number of individuals who comprised the ruling elite by exploiting the nations resources that included the rest of the public; this was largely made possible by the efficiency of the Goebel propaganda model performed by the media who are owned and/or dominated by the radical right faction, and who are careful to vaguely fault government and not the political pawns of the radical right faction the bought and paid for Republican Party and a certain number of fifth column Democrats; but, when those doctrines are exposed and directly examined based on the plain meaning of their words and the direction their doctrines take the country, then the function of government becomes apparent, to serve as a conduit from the public’s pockets to the private account of the ruling elite of the radical right faction; and, they’ve loaded the public with a staggering mountain of debt, and transferred the functions of government placing them into private hands who then try to run things for their exclusive benefit by exploiting the general public. And, they hope to make their miserable subterfuges safe, by first distracting the public with terrorist acts; and second, conditioning the citizens to be oppressed, and then, before the public is aware of what has transpired they’ve an accomplished policy based on greed driven corruption that is nothing more than another absurdity to further bankrupt the government and impoverish its people. They’re welcome to a nation that’s fast becoming a barren poor house prison: they seek to supposedly make everyone safe, since they’d have us take refuge in their folly! For to acquiesce to this interpretation, government is reduced to representing their exclusive interests and no longer the broad base of the public, and its policies serve them by impoverishing the public, rather than developing general policies that serve every class of society’s collective interests, as all sound policies do.

And, how does the radical right faction sustain it’s strangle hold on Democracy in the USA? It motivates socially isolated individuals by fear, after implementing injurious economic policies that leave the individual vulnerable to their two tiered extortionist exploitation. The first tier is the ridiculously incompetent measures of government that are fiscally irresponsible accruing ruinous sums of debt and using that as the pretence to privatize government functions, which is disguised ravaging of government to exploit Americans with unaffordable private insurance in place of public Medicare and a Private Social Security who retain private citizen’s money for their entire life, and then, if a crash hasn’t obliterated it, they get the use of it by controlling mutual funds by-laws that let them move money where ever they want and that benefits them, and if they have their way and make American labor markets competitive with Third World labor markets, with the accompanying Third World standards of living, the vast majority of Americans will never be able to retire, which will help suppress wages by expanding labor with impaired marginal labor, and which will mean that retirement savings will go from generation to generation with no one benefiting but the owners of the mutual funds. The second tier is the subordinate tyrants whose organization functions in unofficial illegal capacity outside government to corruptly coerce and intimidate private citizens and spy on the general population to determine who are dissidents, who has leadership potential and ability and then could conceivably be effective as opponents and then they actively try and compromise them with sexual scandals or illegal behaviors like employing cheap non-green card labor, and/or targeting individuals they would like to replace in labor or environment movements in efforts to displace them, too. In short anyone they dislike or disagree with on various social political and economic issues or merely find convenient that is to say profitable. The radical right faction started as a right wing populist movement in the early 1980s who rapidly expanded by first targeting IV drug users of heroin and cocaine, a population group that they expanded with a contrived, profitable, tragic crack epidemic in the USA, which enabled the radical right faction to establish independent funding sources (see last months issue) to attain autonomy from government funding and hence any public supervision and thus public control, witness the proliferation of Civil Wars in Central and South America, S.E. Asia, the Balkans, Southern Russia, Ireland and now Iraq, not to mention widespread terrorism, too. The uniformity of targets and terrorist techniques indicated a similar source of origin, like the formerly radical right faction controlled CIA whose booklets on terrorist covert operations, which reflected the radical right Republican actor and puppet-president Ronald Reagan’s administration’s public shift after the terrorist truck bombing of US Marines stationed in Lebanon; and, the radical right faction determined to use the CIA and NSC operations budgets to become actively involved in every terrorist threat in every country on the face of the Earth, which isn’t as big a task as one would at first think if one stops to consider the limited number of nations on the globe and how many actually represent a terrorist threat. The subsequent CIA and NSC budgets seem to confirm that policy shift. At that relatively remote time the radical right faction subordinate tyrants rapidly were transforming into organized crime, as US society was being conditioned to be oppressed and motivated by fear. The first organizational structure was based on a pyramid much like certain businesses with older members receiving a percentage of the bounties obtained by the new subordinate tyrants that they recruited; and, they traveled around the country in organized groups targeting regions like Florida, Hawaii, Arizona and Southern Calif. – not exactly hardship tours. Then, to prevent being exposed and apprehended for felonies like income tax evasion and interstate prostitution they dispersed the groups that had officers in charge and color coded squads. This is when they decided to eternalize the oppressive operations, they had already corruptly expanded from heroin and cocaine to include pot smokers for a variety of corrupt reasons, like sustaining artificially elevated standards of living based on tax free bounties for their career criminal subordinate tyrants, and the radically right faction ruling elite could more effectively condition society to be oppressed with an expanded market from roughly 1/2% (cocaine and heroin users) to 75% (pot smokers) of the population now that they had acclimated themselves to coercively dictating how others must live and they had obtained a monopoly on international drug traffic that was rapidly expanding to the local distribution level as a result of the radical right faction strategy for vertical integration and increased profits. Considering the modern social models that unite any disparate individual with any other half way around the world in just five easy steps, and computer capacity to handle large volumes of data, this is a relatively minor accomplishment for anyone foolish enough to want to. Also, this facilitated the ruling elites objective that is as old as tyranny, it forced everyone to wear the yoke of the capricious opinions of the ruling elite – a devastating process that combined a propaganda campaign of heinous crimes, immoral prostitutes and perverts with sadistic norms that motivated society by extortion and fear and had the effect of bifurcating society into two basic groups the tormented fear motivated base sycophants and the torturers who were morally degenerate, vice ridden and corrupt, who were the subordinate tyrants. This was eventually altered, too, because the primary targeted group who were individuals who tried to be happy by getting hi, were viciously attacked by sadistic people functioning immorally as whores, perverts and child abusers and violently as assault and batterers, rapists and murders involving extortion and coercion. No one was immune as freedom of choice was reduced to the right to agree; or, see food taken from the mouths of their children, as citizens were denied the right to work, and thus faced literal starvation; and, in this process that brutalized people and turned them cruel and indifferent to the finest aspects of humanity, when the targeted victims were not allowed to work they were self-servingly and self-delusively called lazy bums and criticized for not working, as any potential employer they applied for work with was approached and told not to hire a person, or else be targeted and subject for attack, too. Obviously, it became easier to believe the slander and propaganda than stand up for an abstract right like Freedom. The radical right faction’s subordinate tyrants’ criminal organization was restructured, they dropped the pyramid, which was too expensive to maintain without widespread stock market manipulation that lead to bubbles which burst; and, they re-organized based on a pattern copied from Stalinist USSR of all places. Its surprising how redundant tyranny is, they repeat the same strategies for two reasons; first, with impaired labor based on mindless loyalty rather than talent they lack the ability to develop effective alternatives, to the worn out obsolete oppressive methods that form the brutal basis of what they know; and, second, the fact that they’re arbitrarily superimposing their will tyrannically on society the situation predisposes them to certain restrictive responses, and society becomes stagnate and progress and prosperity, like Freedom and Happiness, are reduced to things of the past. The regrettable consequences of this situation are dramatically revealed with examples of right and left wing tyranny repetitively failing to effectively compete during the last century. Currently, the structure of the radical right faction subordinate tyrants, which as noted approximates Stalinist Russia with its immoral misanthropic operatives, breaks into four basic groups. Special agents comprise the first group who are professionals at some specific vice like prostitution, perverting, child abuse, youth groups counselors, subliminal virtual reality technocrats, establishing sadistic norms and morays, public relations, rapes, and even murders who temporarily or permanently serve the radical right faction’s criminal organization. Special informants are the second group, who are recruited for a specific special operation. Informants constitute the third and largest group and are recruited for collecting information on their friends, fellow workers, fellow club members, and neighbors, and they are assigned any place around the country. And, trusted persons forms the last group, they publicly acknowledge their active support of the radical right subordinate tyrant’s immoral and criminal activities that blasphemously usurp other citizens rights resulting in an oppressed society, and the extent and profitable nature of their interaction with the radical right faction is private for obvious reasons. The system is primarily a network of spies who inform on US, Mexican and other countries’ citizens; and, they actively strive to motivate society by fear, while their own motivation is based on perverted greed and ambition. These wicked persons would rationalize their evil behavior by pretending that only they can champion the children they systematically abuse, while injudiciously chaining them to futures based on ignorance and poverty. It’s the oldest ploy of tyranny by embracing an emotional pretence that overwhelms reason, thus making them impervious to it, and, the radical right faction subordinate tyrants would claim wrong is right and their immoral and criminal acts that they corruptly benefit from are acceptable, which is not only ridiculous but makes their bad behavior ok, because its foolish, too!!!! The power wielded by the radical right faction, through their minions the subordinate tyrants and political pawns in the displaced Republican Party, hold their power in utter contempt of Democracy and Democratic processes, witness the last two Presidential elections; and, they utilize the public processes and institutions merely because its convenient to fraudulently validate their claim to power. Substantiating this claim is the incompetence demonstrated by every Republican president since the radical right faction Republican Revolution and the right wing faction saw fit to place a retired actor in the most powerful elected office on the face of the Earth and with his Republican replacements going from bad to worse.

Whatever success faction’s propaganda machine gains in evading and explaining away their gross errors of policies and actions, which under the pretence of popular support nothing can hide their blatant attack concerning Civil Rights and Liberties of the people; and, the central fact that for the last decade during the last two Presidential elections US citizens right to choose their head of state has been violated. The plain simple Truth is that since the radical right faction Republican Revolution three fundamental Democratic principles of government have been assaulted, with disastrous effects to the nation. The are: 1.) the right to elect our own public officials has been usurped by money overwhelming the process of free elections; 2.) political figures who engage in public malfeasance are impeached and/or voted out of office, which is ineffective when the entire party is corrupt, then only instances of personal greed are apprehended, the individuals responsible for larger instances of public misconduct go without being apprehended, like the puppet-president Bush Jr. who falsely claimed Iraq President Hussein was supporting with non-existent weapons of mass destruction terrorist groups who he had recently previously attacked their homes using poisonous gas received from Bush Sr. in order to steal their oil rich lands, while the radical right engages in efforts to wrack terrorist havoc in Iraq by recruiting and training and organizing terrorists in both Sunni and Shiite camps, and then using them to murder anyone they don’t approve of and/or disagree with, and needlessly prolonging a lucrative conflict that a simple extrication of American troops would eventually ameliorate without further expense to American taxpayers – if the radical right faction doesn’t continue to privately intervene – and, if someone is voted out of office their soon found financially rewarding jobs in the private sector and replaced by someone else equally corrupt; 3.) the right to develop government policies for the benefit of the people is replaced by programs that exclusively benefit the radical right faction ruling elite, like the tax cuts for multi-millionaires while the nation confronts budget deficits caused by phony foreign wars, or providing inferior educations for US children than foreign countries that makes society ignorant and poverty stricken and easy to oppress but makes solving future problems progressively more difficult, or energy policies that generate excessive profits that are cost-push inflationary generating and help contribute to a years long depression, the worst health care for families and children in the Western World and the most expensive to operate, the World’s Largest National Debt, the World’s Largest Trade Deficits. The list of incompetence, greed and failure by the radical right faction Republican Revolution is all pervasive and runs throughout government. This “new” Republican greed driven attack on our Civil Rights and Liberties is deliberately done in the name of children, which means not only evil behavior but incompetent behavior, too is done for the sake of children! If this weren’t so dastardly it would be funny! The people of good will who are the majority of Americans have no part in all of this. Whenever it is Truthfully presented, they repudiate it with umbrage. They resist the practical assertion of their exploitation, by the radical right faction Republican Revolution policies with their lives and fortunes, to the extent that a society motivated by fear and intimidated by extortion can; face it, people endure a lot to protect their children from being subject to deprivation and persecution, which means that Americans are living under a tyranny where their God given Civil Rights and Liberties have become fictitious by the government established by the radical right faction Republican Revolution.

To continue our discussion where we’re immediately concerned, where the actions of Congress are displaced and reflect the radical right faction Republican administration and have foolishly eliminated the checks and balances system designed to protect the nation from the domestic abuse of power with the disastrous results of a plummeting standard of living and the nation faltering under a mountain of debt. Further, the behavior of the radical right faction subordinate tyrants reflects the political arena, with coercion and extortion confronting citizens with the option of living life on their knees following the command of the radical right faction, or losing their jobs and being denied the right to work, which if you stop and think about it denies the majority of society of its private property rights. And, if we do not wake up and recognize what the consequences of the radical right faction’s clichés are, then the USA will loose the forms that we still preserve, even as they are now constituted, even though based on principles whose intent is based on entirely different historical patterns, and directed toward totally different purposes based on preserving Civil Rights and Liberties and pursuing policies that collectively benefit all classes of society.

When I state Congress was conducted almost as it is now, I don’t mean to go into a detailed examination of Parliamentary procedure, or the torturous path on how a piece of proposed legislation becomes a law, like the recent duplicitous efforts by the radical right Republican Party to hide their corruption by attaching it as addendums to a badly needed bill to raise minimum wage, necessitated by the radical right Republican administration’s energy policies, which one word describes – GREED – and resulted in repeated waves of cost push inflation; we would spend much time and procure as little practical knowledge as the most ignorant person among us. But, what I propose is to examine the three major divisions of government both before the radical right faction Republican Revolution and now, after we’ve experienced its full deleterious effects; because, although our government still entails the same Executive, Legislative, and Judicial branches, yet the wide difference in impact they’ve generated following the radical right Republican Revolution is profoundly negative, were as previous to that event it had on the whole been positive and productive; and by considering this difference our minds will be better able to judge the true intent of the Constitution, on safeguarding the fundamental Civil Rights and Liberties on which all aspects of our lives depend; and, the closer we keep government to it, the more secure our freedoms are and Happier we are both as individuals and in the aggregate as society. Property has corruptly changed hands further constricting wealth, and by consequence power has changed hands, or rather has become even further entrenched from after WWII. The role of church supporting abuses of power was exacerbated after the radical right faction using vast sums of fraudulently obtained wealth, virtual realty technology and its contemporary organized crime to buy, corrupt, coerce and eventually displace the majority of denominations and pervert faith attacking liberals, moderates, and progressives, while supporting ultra conservatives and fanatical right wing elements in efforts reminiscent of Nazi Germany when Adolf Hitler thanked their displaced religious community stating he couldn’t have done it without their support. These efforts were exactly the same right down to using prostitutes to compromise dissident clergy as the efforts the radical right faction were using to purge the Republican Party and Congress (see previous issues for more sordid details). Repeating this highly destructive exclusionary process in the judiciary, became another ill conceived aspect of the radical right faction’s then secret agenda; they sent retired military personnel to law school in droves and the radical right faction replaced law school Presidents, board of governors and admissions boards, in a long range plan exactly the same as their other efforts to displace and exclude, in a misguided effort to displace the judicial branch of government, which was designed to accomplish two objectives. First, it was supposed to make the judiciary, like public statements by the chair of the Senate judiciary committee indicated, any judge reflect their ideological biases, and thus be a radical right faction clone, which had the unfortunate effect of eliminating a free and independent judiciary and made our legal system reflect the radical right faction’s nascent fascism and excluded all other opinions from being represented in the system; the legal community forms the pool of available candidates for selection to the Federal Judicial System, these efforts will make our system represent only one extreme perspective and all other views will not receive a fair and impartial hearing by a jury of their peers! The Civil Rights and Liberties which are to be protected by Egalitarian Safeguards become endangered. Second, it would enable the radical right faction to rule the country by means of judicial review, if they should happen to be voted out of office at some future date. Simultaneous to these efforts were efforts to displace the Justice Department. But, this generated certain catastrophic consequences that hadn’t been considered; it eliminated the checks and balance system that had held this nation in good stead for over 175 years by politicizing a free and independent Judiciary; and, it made impartial trial by a jury of one’s peers irrelevant because the radical right ideological bias permeated and predominated all aspects of the legal system; and, the introduction of the radical right career criminal subordinate tyrants who operated outside established legal channels as they spied and coerced and authored criminal acts from various targeted dissident groups, which they afterwards benefited from by tax free bounties served to motivate society by fear and strip citizens of their Property Rights, Civil Rights and Liberties. The net effect was to oppress society. It should be noted that in the various branches of government and estates in society the same mistaken strategy was repetitively being made, excluding participation from the entertainment (news) industry and church and all branches of government, which retards progress and impairs prosperity, and practically guarantees vice and corruption on one side and stagnation and depression on the other, and, it’s fatally flawed nature should be blatantly obvious except to the impaired labor inputs that are characteristic of tyranny, which frankly isn’t able to produce better alternatives in spite of a greater computer capacity that has so far only created greater mistakes. One can’t help here to observe that the homogeneity of the radical right faction’s exclusionary strategy, redundantly applied to this one simple strategy, has had a predictably devastating effect, and is typical, as faction tries to compel society to reflect their erroneous, simplistic, singular solution in a variety of circumstances, to a species inherently pluralistic, and thereby play to the species and its Democratic systems weaknesses rather than play to its strengths for optimum efficiency in promoting positive results. And so, the radical right faction Republican Revolution surreptitiously came about, built on the ruins of good models of Democratic government. This ill stared effort was brought about by the profoundly mistaken ambition of particular people. In short, enough proofs are available to establish a clear esoteric pattern that the radical right faction Republican government was not only operated by homogenous individuals different from the all inclusive traditional American Democratic government based on plurality and diversity; but, it was based on different operational principles that tragically resulted in widespread malfeasance, as government came to be viewed as a means of making large amounts of money, in return for campaign contributions that were nothing if not investments in politics that sought to maximize their rates of return over limited periods of time. Three general examples I’ve already provided, besides the systemic corruption that not even the Herr Goebel propaganda-machine could suppress in a story that involved almost every Republican Party leader in Congress and over 30 of their Republican colleagues including the Republican administration’s chief administrative officer, and their has been a whole host of others, which document this destructive development. By the circumstances that followed the disordered state following natural disasters and contrived penury condition of the state that provided a pretence not to develop programs beneficial to the citizens or that ameliorated the country’s problems; and, comically inept tax cuts for the wealthy suffering from run away avarice in a nation that can’t balance its budget and had accrued the Largest National Debt in the history of the World in only a couple of years, aided in that endeavor by three phony foreign wars feeding the World’s Greatest Trade Deficits while simultaneously feeding the radical right faction’s corrupt greed, as they strove to realize the oldest dream of tyranny World domination: and thus guaranteed its over-extension and eventual collapse and defeat. Unfortunately, the radical right faction’s desire to become masters of the World, involved the USA, and thus selfishly sacrificed the US interests with those of their own. In the second Bush Jr, administration by fraud, when the nation was distressed and intemperately squandered its resources on the radical right faction’s Republican gunboat diplomacy chasing their own Frankenstein monster terrorists threats; meanwhile, the country suffered under abuses of power brought about by the radical right faction’s transformation of government and their subordinate tyrant’s organized crime; and, the radical right faction Republican Revolution failed miserably, as the citizens suffered under the yoke of their tyranny and greed of their iniquities. And, the nation’s misery was made permanent, even after the failure of their revolutionary efforts was self-evident to anyone with average intelligence and more than a grade school education. Because, the radical right faction extended the nation’s suffering, by not reforming the damaged Democracy, but blundering on with ever new iniquities in an on going endeavor to make government their exclusive cash cow to enrich themselves by exploiting and impoverishing the populace with various scams all suffering from the same fundamental flaw. But, the radical right faction lost nothing and gained a great deal. Their subordinate tyrants were not under any restraints, either religious, or legal; but, they were subject to the same oppression as the general population, and they were totally dependant on the radical right faction for their corrupt privileged position. They received the same help with housing, employment, tax evasion, and immoral and criminal operations that augmented their income. But, gone were the abundant bounties and money obtained by confiscation of other people’s private property. The general depression that followed when the radical right Republican speculative bubble burst and Wall Street lost up to 75% of its value, its interesting to note that a depression always follows a new Republican administration since the radical right faction Republican Revolution, as they implement their exploitive and oppressive policies that effect the subordinate tyrants, too, and as they lost the majority of their accumulated savings during the most recent stock market crash; and, the deteriorating labor markets originating from the radical right faction controlled Republicans efforts to institute job flight, attempts to Third World American labor markets, and make retirement like freedom a thing of the past, resulted in diminished wages and reduced standards of living, all of which effected them, too; and, increased inflationary pressure from escalating energy costs brought on by the radical right faction’s insatiable greed eroded their savings and diminished their purchasing power, just like the rest of the country’s citizens; and, the systemically corrupt investment markets lead to housing becoming speculative investments that drove up prices beyond levels sustainable by wages; and, food and health care costs were rising alarmingly fast, as millions of Americans faced the prospects of no health insurance and eventual bankruptcy when they’re luck ran out and they were unfortunate enough to get sick, still that was better than the prospect of slow starvation with the rapidly rising food costs, and something had to be cut from family’s budgets; and, long term prospects were rapidly diminishing, too, with education costs out racing people’s ability to pay for them which meant that in the aggregate, society faced poorer prospects in the future, because worse educations equate worse jobs with lower salaries, which means children literally were being chained to futures of ignorance and poverty. Thus, the old foundations for the US way of life were being actively destroyed by the radical right faction Republican Revolution, with coercive attacks on private property, Civil Rights, and Liberty; and, they were being replaced by the radical right faction’s Republican Revolution with its “new” old fashioned tyrannical iniquities that oppressed, exploited and impoverished the nation. And, while some religious leaders retained their independence and integrity, the Republican Congress and President were busy reading from the same vice ridden and corrupt page having been bought by the same radical right faction whose steel fist in a velvet glove pulled their puppet strings from behind the public stage and the judiciary was soon seen marching in lock step conformity, following the same monstrous course. The Goebel propaganda-machine functioned as it was designed, as an adjunct to the abuse of power. Democracy was reduced to ineffective opposition by the Democratic Party, who without sufficient funds to be competitive and alternative means to communicate their message to the public, were forced to respond within the parameters established by the radical right faction owned and dominated media, which arbitrarily determined how we viewed each issue within the interests of faction.

In France another path was taken to reach an equivalent position, with the beginning of the 14^th century witnessing the establishment of assemblies with the commoners paying for what previously had been a contest for power between kings and nobles, beginning with Charles Martel and his axe and extending through the Carolingian Dynasty and Capetian Dynasty. These events irrevocably shattered with the French Revolution and Napoleonic Era. The class struggle surfaced in full flower with the end of the 19^th century, and after WWI & WWII, when France opted for a socialist solution that has held them in good stead, ‘till recently a combination of contrived terrorist attacks on mass transportation (once again one notices the uniformity of terrorist technique) and a euro dollar bribe attempted to roll back some of France’s socialist programs. For readers interested in these developments in detail those factually inclined should read Tuchman’s “Guns In August”, while those of a more literary bend might want to peruse Martin Du Gard’s “1918”, Sartre’s trilogy on Liberty, and Simone du Beauvoir’s “Mandarins” for a broader and more in depth perspective, as Democracies prevailed over right and left wing tyranny demonstrating Democracies competitive advantages for those bright enough to be able to perceive, as the World finally evolved into a bipolar state of political power, with France in a diminished role starting out voting pro Communist and socialist, as they opposed the Marshal Plan, but, France switched into a pro-Western position behind De Gaul after the Stalinist prison labor camps were exposed, which left France aligned with the USA.

When I contend that Congress is no longer functioning on the same general principles, and government no longer performs the same role, as before, I’ll prove my point by demonstrating the effect of the radical right faction Republican lead government’s fiscal and monetary policy has been contrary to historical examples, which most recently after the 1930 depression were based on Keynesian economics, which advocated government spending to augment private demand within prudent reasonable and responsible limits. Let’s present the case as simplistically as possible, though it could be developed to a degree that would require volumes to unravel. Now government spending, hence its fiscal measures, is injurious as is demonstrated by its largest budgetary item military spending which generates huge debt and profits in the industrial-military sector of the economy, which is an economic pattern that benefits society least. Who do you know has a tank in their driveway, or wants to consume bullets?. As our economy experiences a depression, traditional fiscal policy suggests greater public spending, but the radical right Republicans favor privatizing all functions of government (an obsolete idea over 100 yrs old, and it didn’t work well then either) because they intend to pocket the profits, using government as a conduit from the collective pocket of the public to their private accounts; however, the massive debt means government can’t afford to spend more money, unless it raises taxes, which radical right Republicans are opposed to doing because they want no taxes for the rich who directly own 75% of all concrete assets, which means taxing those who can afford it least and further damaging consumer demand, which will worsen the depression. The radical right Republican created National Debt means that monetary policy won’t work effectively, too, because the government must keep interest rates elevated to attract money to pay for the debt; but, monetary policy suggests lowering interests to fuel business activity and consumer demand to correct the depressed economy, which Republican policy has made difficult, if not impossible to do. Also, the excessive rates of return generated by the industrial-military means other companies have to generate equivalent rates of return in order to attract capitol, but this is difficult to do without curtailing plans for future growth, which fuels the depression by foreshortening the economic planning and holding work forces down. In another issue the radical right faction is pro energy, witness how during the Iraq War it had not only helped confiscate the World’s third largest oil deposits, it replaced for free all the field’s oil equipment; meanwhile it was supporting raising oil prices by over 100% during its first term in office, which fueled repeated waves of cost push inflation that eventually impaired consumer demand that assisted producing the depression. Further, the government claimed that the US economy was thriving while we were losing jobs and our standard of living had started free falling again, like during the last radical right faction Republican administration; but, outside the belt way nobody noticed beside a few multi-millionaires, which means that the economy is divorced from the people, which is a horrible development! The perturbation of the excessive oil industry profits, whose detrimental effects are similar to those of the industrial military profits; while impairing consumer demand, the option of reducing interests to aid ameliorating the worsening depression is not without difficulties due to the fact that lowering interests will only aggravate the inflationary pressures, all while impairing governments ability to assist improve market demand. It’s interesting to note almost every government program under the radical right faction Republican Revolution has this negative effect on the American economy, where as under traditional models of Democratic government, government spending serves as a valuable adjunct to consumer demand, aiding the economy when used correctly in coordination with monetary tools. The current effort to privatize entitlement programs like Medicare and Social Security (see previous issues for further discussion) constricts wealth and drives up interests that prevent the broad base of America’s economy from functioning in a healthy pattern known as the business cycle, substituting in its stead the pattern associated with tyranny the cumulative circular causatory spiral in a negative direction. Our nation’s economy is so dysfunctional that with the supposed prospects of increased jobs we are sinking still further into a depression that’s if the Truth were told been on going since the radical right Republicans stole office. Now historically government spending serves as a catalyst to augment private consumer demand, and with reduced interests generated from the depression and down turns in the economy, it functions to stimulate borrowing for business projects that encourages employment and stimulates the economy with revitalized increased consumer demand and economic growth, which in turn heats up the economy and raises interests rates, which then function as a damper on the economy, and the business cycle begins again. This is the traditional pattern that Democracies historically always facilitated promoting private business and economic growth and development, in pursuing policies that mutually benefited all segments of society; however, after the radical right faction Republican Revolution government spending to facilitate faction make large amounts of money for a small number of people, which inherently impairs business and hurts markets, by negatively effecting consumer demand; and, the radical right faction Republican Revolution with its huge national debt to cause a front for attacking the essential entitlements has had the negative effect of overwhelming the positive characteristics of the negative phase of the business cycle that correct the nation’s recessions and depressions. It has foolishly reversed a successful strategy that’s served the nation for almost 200 years, and left us groping in the dark. What else has the radical right faction politicians done besides corruptly influence events to enrich themselves at everyone else’s expense? And, we have nothing to expect from them but more of the same. Let’s pause and consider the great principles of Democracy that states a citizens greatest threat to safety and security resides in the domestic abuse of power, which never rests and constantly needs feeding, and which was successfully resolved by the separation of powers and the social concepts of Equality and Liberty and the private property protected by codified Egalitarian Safeguards, in the form of just laws that were vigilantly protected and enforced by a system based on Due Process and Presumed Innocence, and the right of a trial before a jury of their peers. However, the establishment of expedients and the suppression of citizen’s will substituted for by the arbitrary will of a tyrant, have conspired together to undermine the very foundation of America’s Democratic government, and threatens to make its Constitution irrelevant.

I’m ashamed to ask any further questions and point out more examples that will only prove extremely embarrassing to any person actively involved in a vice ridden and corrupt system to prove what is self-evident to anyone of average intelligence. But, one question remains that must be asked. If this is so, what do these people mean who’ve employed, or rather what does this say about those who financially back such a mean operation, to emotionalistically plead parading the children that they systematically abuse, chaining to future’s of poverty and ignorance, teaching them to be liars and cheats and to behave brutally and sadistically to anyone they dislike and disagree with, knowing full well there will always be people who are characterized thus; and, so, they come down in favor of this process that produces the very worst in mankind as it creates vice and corruption out of virtue itself, and then use that as the basis for their tyrannical government; for their arguments lead inevitably to such undeniable disastrous results – which is to advocate being wicked, and to justify your evil behavior by being a fool!!!! Reason opposes these people, and all people like them; since its plain absurdity to advocate power without any checks and balances, or any other restraints. Experience is against them; since the last century is littered with examples opposing them, and at other times examples repudiating their arbitrary behavior abound; government needs to be conducted guarded by a Constitution. Power, even the regulated authority of popular governments, history has shown repeatedly that people need to be protected from and for this we’ve developed Constitutions; but, to deliberately manipulate a system to over-ride its security measures demonstrates a lack of good judgment and prudence that only greed and blind ambition, or the irrational pretence of a rotten nature can explain. The voice of our Law gives a false legitimacy to their lie. How then, can we explain this development; this open vile attack on our Constitution and therefore our precious Liberty – emotional pretences only serve to make malfeasance foolish. Have these people made some startling new discovery? It is less right than the wisdom of this nation for over two centuries, and the collective history of all mankind have judged it to be; they with the failed results they’ve created and heinous crimes they’ve degenerated to, know better how to govern than every ruler and leader that has ever been including Christ and the apostles? Perhaps we’ll hear again how children make wrong right and give them permission to lie, cheat, rape, pervert, child abuse, and murder, and the rest of their stupid and silly nonsense, which was invented to provide the usurpers with pretences to justify the unjustifiable and make it easier to swallow. But, does even this alter the case? Does even this change anything? Will this make it wrong to prudently submit to the same Constitution protecting our Civil Rights and Liberties as God approved? Moses served as ruler next to God and inspired by revelations consistent with that which was written; and, he was assisted by advice and council, his father-in-law the priest Jethro. He it was who stated that leaders should be chosen who were “wise men and understanding and known” that they might discuss the issues and events of the day. He the direct chosen of God was unequal to the task alone. The earliest body established to govern and guide the tribes of Israel was called the Sanhedrin, which had several subsidiary Sanhedrins scattered all across Palestine. These bodies were the equivalent to what David Hume called Witanegemots in the early Anglo-Saxon history of England that evolved into Parliament; and, when it crossed the Atlantic with the pilgrims and other English colonizers became our own bi-Carmel legislatures. I can’t conceive how any claim made by contemporary extremists hired by, or corrupted for the expediency of the radical right faction can derogate a tradition that stems directly from God and is common to all societies of man. I refer to the deep seated roots of these public institutions and the fundamental drives that they’re designed to successfully meet that the radical right faction would entertain the misguided notion to usurp and displace for their own corrupt greed driven selfish desires. But, perhaps we misjudge these honest and great people who’ve miraculously discovered a superior method of governing and they’ve a compelling necessity for displacing Congress, the Presidency and the Supreme Court and the entire Federal Judiciary and placing them all under their direct or indirect control; and trying to secretly take over the two estates of the church and entertainment (news) media by methods including using whores, child abuse and perverts to covertly undermine the US Constitution and place them all under their influence. Let’s review the dangers inherent in this type of expedient, are we afraid of government according to the Constitution? Are we afraid of a free and independent judiciary making sure government power isn’t being abused? Are we afraid of the results of free elections? Are we afraid someone may disagree with our vanity driven opinions? However, we should be afraid that there is always present in society those who would usurp power and establish a tyrannical Democracy based on deceit! But, who wouldn’t dare have any power adequate to restrain their greed driven designs, except a tyrant? But, this has never happened ‘till now, it occurred because of an unforeseen private concentration of wealth who conducted themselves so ill that the damage done and the systemic corruption appeared greater than could ever have been occasioned by the mere ignorance from the masses of humanity. We as a nation forgot that too mush power can reside with the herd, then it can easily be mislead; and then, the too much power will revert to its elected representatives, who if duplicitous puppets of masters functioning as knaves behind the scene, results in a scenario were America will come to experience the most virulent form of tyranny known to man: tyranny of the majority; because, it lacks the virtue of Truth, and being deceitfully mislead by faction, its fatal flaw is the mass of common man that’s supposed to function as a brake and moderating ballast, then serves unchecked as the wielder and perpetrator of abuses of power, resulting in a scenario that experiences every possible excess without moderating mitigating influence to stay the injury of its extremist elements. Too late we learnt that the radical right faction by design, manipulated the unsuspecting American majority into acquiescing to their infamous iniquitous tyrannical designs; and, sorry to say it we seem to be living in some “age less virtuous than the present”, which is to say age less wise: by the usual vice ridden and corrupt means, faction afflicts the public with their nefarious designs.

What remains to be advocated is an open return to time tested Democratic principles that have proven their worth. Or, shall we continue to see the radical right faction Republican Revolution use government to not pursue the nation’s interests, unless it’s immensely profitable for them? For this is exactly what has been transpiring since the rise of faction and America descended into its current nascent fascism; and, nothing more presumptuous, nor more comical, could be advanced. A government that truly cultivates public interest will witness a degree of coordination between its component parts, as can easily be demonstrated. It requires time and trouble and ability to lead a nation of free and independent people, who think for themselves, and judge the issues and events based on their respective merits, and comply because they believe its right; however, none of this is necessary, for a corrupt government that is basely dependent on faction; they are quickly disciplined into uniform sycophantic ranks, and readily perform any nefarious act, including the whole vice ridden Congressional litany conducted mercenarily for their master’s benefit at public expense. Some awkward nuisances will spontaneously occur, for that sorry substitute which has replaced and doesn’t deserve the name of Democratic government. The radical right faction Republican politicians will recurrently need to be called to account for their public malfeasance, motivated by greed and warped ambition, and prejudice of those whose systemic vice and corruption will predispose its members for faults that will require punishment and curtailment. True political Justice requires a foundation of Equality and Liberty and a codification of conduct that equally protects everyone’s right in an fair and impartial manner; and, it needs to be tempered by mercy, as history has repeatedly demonstrated in even the most strict systems of justice. But, the accumulated weight of these faults will impair government’s performance and impoverish the nation ‘till it obtains a critical mass of corruption and collapse. Remember, throughout the entire course of history no tyranny has ever been able to last, because while all tyranny’s are intrinsically flawed, the human species has an inherent desire to be free that manifests itself in mankind’s basic social structures, which are then by direct logical extension, made manifest in its political institutions. And, the public will come to oppose their bondage; besides, while extreme elements move to the for of faction’s subordinate tyrant ranks and society becomes more brutal, cruel, and sadistic, the fools will find power less appealing; and, not trusting the tyranny of others over themselves, the power elite will opt for more Democratic alternatives. It is inevitable that society of good and able people should occasionally suffer from the political oppression of factional tyranny; which will result in servile governments that are the necessary consequence of corruption and dependency, and will always function to make government, now and in any future age, a sanctuary for frauds, and thieves, and worse.
