OH SEE

Where does this strange sadness rise

like tides that slide over naked black obsidian,

when a heart, once free, is bound by oppressive lies –

Life’s a curse. A fact all slaves know.

A plain and simple gnawing pain,

and like the tyrant’s avaricious joy, quite clear for all to know.

So, set up, oh simple corrupt and vice ridden hypocritical friend,

you defraud and deceive in vain; and, coerce, slander and extort,

while you prostitute, pervert, rape, murder and child abuse now that nothing is too low.

Ignorant, ever foul and degenerate, save your stupid breath!

Oh see the children grow up liars and cheats, cruel and brutal

they’re eager extremists who mistake animalistic cunning for intelligence, and they’re

vicious seducers who, when not perverted and prostituted are busy being sadists –

and these are the so called good ones – still, more than love ensnares in subtle ways.

God grant that I may plunge into a dream, and soar high into the cloud scattered skies’

blue haze that I might come closer to You; and reside before your all seeing eyes,

and, avoid the sad fate of those that hate, and end up down in Sheol’s fiery blaze!

They revel in the abuse of Power, & their straight is more crooked than a pretzel

contorted with lies.

SAVING GRACE

What a wonderful world we live in, every varied thing is here that’s necessary,

to not just exist, but, for diverse mankind to thrive and be happy.

It is for us to discern how to live, in a complex social state.

In our modern day and age, how can son of man experience God’s grace?

First, thing to understand is that this thing called saving grace

isn’t a special club for a chosen few, it’s supposed to be readily available for all:

grace is freedom! Without freedom the world isn’t moral, and has no virtue, and

each miracle of life can never be happy, to the extent they don’t directly deny

others their Liberty, too! Next thing necessary to know is what’s good,

without degenerating into cultural bias and personal opinion. Good is Love,

& joy, & virtue, further, its moderation & charity, & justice, & knowledge &

reason, & mercy & bravery, too. It seems to mean, the golden mean freely applied.

In short, do to others what you’d have done to you. Another thing to be sorted out is this

thing called evil. What is it? How do we avoid it? Evil is pain & fear & sorrow

it is extremes and excesses of all sorts but specially its anger & sexual passion.

Which brings us to the question of power, essentially its neither good nor bad.

Power, potentially can do more harm than it can do good;

because, obviously it can prevent humanity from experiencing morality & virtue;

and, obtaining God’s state of saving grace. Ultimately, Power is negative,

it can’t compel a moral universe, it can’t force virtue, and it can’t make people happy.

Power, merely prevents people from doing what they would if left to them selves,

it’s the tool of fools who can’t figure out the better way.

And finally, Power, in the hands of fools, leads to vice and corruption;

because, it can only compel, it exploits and impoverishes mankind and the land.

INDIGO REFLECTIONS

Isn’t the indigo water

below like the night sky,

the lights like reflecting stars

and the street light a pale full moon?

JEHOVAH

The Moon was set in the high Heavens

an amber bead set in amethyst;

and, a garnet star incantation magically appeared,

a hovering spectral light that begins its ancient distant journey.

And, from within the heart of the wise old man,

warmth floods diffuse throughout his being;

he understands that what he sees

is the lost name of God, written across Heaven.

APRIL SHOWERS

The storm clouds descend and move fiercely down the street.

The April day is angry, and its face darkens into a scowl

and puts pedestrians to flight like so many

briefly glimpsed vague and vanishing figures.

The heavens disappear in a thick gray bank,

as hail nastily spits and the light is absorbed;

then the sun disperses the gentle clinging mists

from the distracted streets and nudges me.

The wind sweeps at the sheets of precipitation

whisking them across the drenched roads and rooftops

into the city below – drenching buildings and bridges,

leaving a layer of melting ice sludge.

On the damp hills hidden grasses are emerging

beneath trees, where light filters filling the ancient spaces:

all barren winter the clouds bitterly wept

‘till suddenly spring sprouts from the fertile earth lying fallow.

CELESTIAL SPIRITS

You float up there on planes of light

through crystal blue palaces, blissful beings,

radiant satin clouds

caressed by divine winds

soft and sacred, as a mother

touches her new born baby.

Innocent as a child’s dream,

the spirit’s gently smile,

pure as the dew washed bud,

they’re weightless;

and, eternally flowering, their serene eyes

constantly changes colors.

GOOD NIGHT

The storm that raged around the city,

like an army assaulting its battlements,

has subsided into a still twilight;

and, evening expands as shadows grow

into an all devouring silence,

which absorbs the day into its adumbrated folds.

The evening vapors stir from hollows and bogs

and creep through the darkening streets

encompassing earth, air, and city in their chill enthrall;

who mingle the miasma of winter long

damp and decaying leaves and the stale exhalations of the city,

obscuring light and sound in a potent palpable mystery.

Among the unnaturally large specimens’ trunks

are rain effaced tombstones that jaggedly jut up

in a silent spectral jumble, as though waking

to some solemn spell, while dim and distant

skyscrapers and church spires loom dark into nothingness,

pointing toward the night sky and its stars partially covered by clouds.

And so, solemn death lies forgotten and ignored among us -

besides being relegated to hospital institutions and the funeral businesses –

insignificant and meaningless as the slumbering suburbs

and opaque night: here I have come hoping for comfort,

or profound insight and sweet realization that death has hidden

from human’s bustling, superficial, and shallow lives;

and among the cold deserted web of streets,

with their straight lines of electric lights

that apprehensively keep watch,

on the rising tide of dark emptiness, the still night and mute sky,

are as awfully quiet as these worm infested banquet graves;

death has no hidden terrors in store, kept terribly waiting in ambush;

except for the misguided miscreants who sink for eternity into oblivion,

its merely a still sleep, with the most beautiful dreams yet to be explored.

SHELTERED

Dawn arrived dark and dreary, when His love pierced my heart and permeated my being.

That’s why I’m reticent to associate with hate mongers and the nay sayers to life.

They come with their laws and lies to securely bind me; but, I elude them, for

I’m ensconced in His hands, and am warmed by a loving Grace, which is immune

to argument.

People derisively blame me, and say I’m lazy; who knows, they’ve a wealth of

experience playing the blame game. Shopping is finished and the work day is done,

for those who are lost in the hurry up world of fame and fortune seekers -

those vain fools who call for me with shame and deceit,

those misguided miscreants have left in anger,

to return to their disgrace and degenerative states;

where they waste their precious time scheming iniquities and calumnies.

I live immersed in His love and sheltered by His grace.

YOU & I, NOW

No one is as stead fast, no one is as resolute.

Years ago, I gave myself to what became the wonder of one;

because, when you chose me, our futures merged

and you became vulnerable, to be used, to be hurt, to be exploited.

But, as for me, I was in earnest;

it was a serious commitment,

and, if it didn’t work out, oh well what the hell.

But, you taught me

that life was many, many things blended into one.

And, today, the sky is varied

showers and sunshine and brilliant colored rainbows,

fill a wonderful day with the usual sort of miracles,

and, out in the great and wicked world,

the real objects outside TV, freeways,

suburban gardens woods and fields,

where our children are out establishing their independent existences.

You sit at the computer, looking at old and new things,

head held slightly to one side,

all the absurd items

parade stupidly past.

“Look, an antique plate, a porcelain angel,

and here is a perfect piece of furniture for the spare bedroom.

But, all the people look sleek and prosperous

and without a trace of understanding, like DaVinci’s model’s insipidly empty face!”

And, later we watch a video movie, Einstein’s Strike,

and then, read our respective books –

mine’s about an English family,

arch-symbols of a passing age.

Later that night, we cuddle close together

and feel each other’s warmth.

The city’s evening sounds subside,

as the pale moon rises.

You suddenly wrench away,

contort your body,

and quietly gasp.

“Is it your side?” I ask.

And, confused and hesitant I

lapse into a troubled silence, but think this:

that you and I could be sitting on top of moonlit clouds, dreaming,

while Mendelssohn’s piano trio plays a white gold Paradise.

HOW STUPID

(Prose Poem)

Each morning, rising from my nuptial bed, if Margy has plunged into business of her own, I seek the library, there, reading and writing, I assiduously study content seeking Truth and Wisdom; and, ignore being a radical right God-fraud dissident. In short, every perfidious sexually and physically abused child that they whore, with the rest of their legions of perverts and prostitutes that I use to daily prove myself. Beside, I’m growing older and of an age where desire doesn’t ambush me. I see a beautiful willing woman without wanting to grab her breast, besides if she’s a God-fraud whore her deceitful, dry rotted soul is so foul, as to be absolutely abhorrent and transparently disgusting that I’m overcome, with feelings of pity for something so pathetically obscene; even if their also, simultaneously working hard at being perceived as aversive, which makes them sadistic, too. They think its better than being bored, or it’s an easy way for a fast buck, or its the thrill of perverse pleasure, or it’s a way to enable some poor souls to obtain a sordid sort of social prestige based on the utility of their vices; ‘till society reels from the plague of their immoral-criminal behaviors, which afflicts it like a social disease. Societies, like the people it is comprised, experience sicknesses of the body and the soul.

Each honest man, whose still good and decent, looks at these sorry substitutes for

love and heaves a sigh, must these creatures be so horribly doomed and wretchedly

exploited? At least they’ve the grim satisfaction, most of them, of consciously agreeing to do it, without being subliminally predisposed to be a victim. They make rejecting adultery so easy! No more idle flirtations without any harm in them, a vain driven reaffirmation to one’s desirability and the last vestiges of a vanished youth. Because, the God-fraud is on the prowl and uses such behavior as a pretense to abuse people, specially if you are not liked; or, if you’ve publicly disagreed with them, and stand out in some significant way. They cause crimes to occur, so they can commit more abhorrent crimes later on, which we’re to believe is done for children; and then, they end up committing a third set of crimes, by cheating society (you and the children they’re supposedly doing all this for) out of the taxes on their earned revenues, which result from the preceding crimes committed that they’re extremely well paid for; and, which results in sensational criminal acts that often involve afflicting children, too. Society ends up burdened by a new type of organized crime, with its endless cycle of crime, vice and corruption; while children, in their turn, grow up being recruited into its ranks, afflicted with open brazen exploitation, and foully oppressed.

All of which is academic to me, I end the night with a sleepily murmured “I love you!” And, begin each new day with a kiss, to send me on my way. And, when the God-fraud conspire to turn love into a public sewer filled with their filth, by secretly and hypocritically soliciting base desires, like any other ordinary pimp, troubling my sleep and waking me to begin again. I have no trouble repudiating their disreputable bestial behaviors, because I’ve reached out in the night for a caress and found you warm beside me in our bed: I’ve known love!

BARTER ECONOMY

I’d trade my soul for one,

whose light fills the dark universe:

she who warms me like the sun

saying, “Eat, drink, smoke and be happy –

responsibly and in moderation,

after a long, arduous week of efficient, productive work;

your sorrows and desires gently subside,

and float away in a cloud, a griffin, an angel

that emits from the cherub shaped bowel,

or decanter whose spout is a mouth.

And, I answer her years latter: “The bowel contains Paris,

illuminated beneath the night sky; and Chardonnay in a crystal decanter, contains the sun shinning bright, which brims with pleasant company and good cheer for us.

But, my heart didn’t realize its magical power,

to build a garden of Eden and make an earthly Paradise,

from our labor; where, we work and play together,

safe and secure inside our bed at home

sharing pleasure and enjoying God’s gracious gifts pursuing happiness;

while, we watch our modest family grow, blessed with precious little ones,

into an expanding circle of love, which radiates like a beautiful star lighting up eternity.

Good Government – Continued

Efforts to present government as a bewildering Gorgon knot that’s too complex and complicated to comprehend are in error and serve citizens a real disservice. Without oversimplifying ‘till distortion sets in, citizens ought to reduce government down to its basic principles. First, government should concern itself with meeting the true needs of its people, which are fundamental to all nations. The ability to support one self is basic to all mankind. People want to work and to be free to enjoy the fruits of their labor. They want to be protected in their property, and they want for themselves and their families to be safe from acts of violence, including institutional violence. Further, they don’t want to be coerced and defrauded. They want to be able to receive redress when their rights are violated. And, they want their expectations to be met by government, which is adequately funded in a fair fashion. They expect infrastructure, which pays for itself. They expect good health to be a right like public safety, because health care effects every one sooner or latter, while crime only negatively effects less than 5% of the population. They expect an adequate fair education for their children, because it promotes industry and good citizenship. They expect to be assisted in their weak old age, after contributing to society throughout their productive lives. This is what is simple and just.

The fact is people live in a social context. With regard to neighbors, people have reciprocal responsibilities. People should live in peace. People should never hurt anyone. People should live and enjoy their property in their own way, to the extent that it doesn’t directly prevent others from doing the same. In other words, people should respect the rights of others, as they would have their own rights respected. People should be honest in their transactions to help facilitate industry, trade and prosperity. People should respect the sanctity of the contract, as being necessary to provide a secure foundation of expectations, to promote business activity and all the beneficence generated from it. It is the ultimate good of human society to promote happiness: to that end all conflicts should be decided based on equity, with public institutions established to realize that effect. The proliferation of law should be discouraged as a ploy by the legal profession to generate business which profits only itself. Only a few good laws simply stated are necessary. They should be sensible, clear, succinct and directly applicable to people’s facts and circumstances. This will facilitate the administration of law and make it more closely approximate justice.

It is obvious that laws require a certain degree of subordination, which infringe on an individual’s liberty; however, an individual must acquiesce to annex a certain amount of civil conduct, in order to obtain security for their property and persons. The key is to stringently limit the degree of liberty forfeited, and demand exact standards of equality coupled to standards of institutional accountability. It will soon be determined that whatever loses to personal liberty are experienced will be more than compensated for by personal advantages gained from increased public safety. The problem is quite serious: there are always efforts to increase limits to personal freedom and rigorously enforce laws which function to abridge liberty; while inversely, neglected personal freedoms are frequently lost and efforts which serve to temporize interpretations, impair liberty. But, a cooling period for restricting alterations that reduce and restrict freedom should be required, so decisions are made based on reason, and separated from reactionary emotionalistic passion. The simple fairness which would facilitate the protection of liberty and make the fair deterministic outcomes of law readily discernable, would make the legal codes reflecting rules of right conduct immensely popular, and its capacity and apparent wisdom would protect it from efforts to erode citizen’s natural rights.

Any efforts to eclipse personal liberty are directly causatorily linked to stratagems designed to plunder property. The vast majority of motives are centered around avarice and greed. This should be an essential issue that receives eternal vigilance and top priority. There are two other scenarios that are closely related to this issue; first, democratic populist movements that start out egalitarian and advocating equality which soon transform into corrupt organizations which begin to subordinate others (never their own) Civil Rights away and end up picking the public’s pocket; and, second the strong arm right wing movements (military dictatorships and ant-crime crusades) which seem bent on addressing a social issue, and initially employ oppressive means, which inevitably evolve into self-serving greed driven measures. Another integrally related topic is taxation and generating government revenues. It should be a VAT (value added tax) system because it efficiently gathers sufficient revenues, in an equitable fashion without creating unnecessary negative effects. It’s self-monitoring, so it minimizes intrusions on citizen’s privacy rights and minimizes expensive government bureaucracies with their corresponding budget structure concerns. It will be simple and direct so subtleties and complexities are avoided, which create vague comprehension and uncertainties, which in turn produce results that are captious, fraudulent and oppressive. The VAT system has the merits of equality, simplicity and precision; and it is readily adjustable to meet a wide variety of government circumstances, with minimal expense and bother to all participants. Revenues gathered for government must be indispensable and determined based on constantly contemporized facts and circumstances. All government programs must be provided with the means to be adequately funded, otherwise the plan can not be implemented.

The fact is that government which is proven beneficial to the people and gathers its revenue in an honest uniform way will cease to be perceived as odious. And, while it opposes human nature to be completely amenable to reducing personal income for general public purposes, it will be accepted as a necessary evil that on the whole is viewed as a personally advantageous arrangement. And, any revenues not required for conducting government business should be promptly returned on an annual basis. There is a school of thought that most recently was developed in the movie Matrix, which briefly stated says mankind must suffer; because, if left with to much affluence and freedom, and in easy circumstances, then society becomes rebellious and contentious, while citizens become aversive to labor and develop lazy and arrogant behavior traits adverse to industry. This erroneous idea has had adherents through out history including such notables as Cardinal Richelieu and Plato, to name only two of an extensive list of mistaken supporters. But, what has sustained this erroneous ideology is that it’s embraced by all the petty dictators and would be tyrants who ever were. They contend that people become intractable and rebellious; because, their happiness is secure and life is complacent, which some how makes subjects arrogant. Tyrants desire to see “their” subjects cower and cringe like scourged slaves. It makes an unjust position seem more secure. In a Democracy experiencing equality, to whom does the citizen owe base subservience? There is no power but good laws, to whom the honest industrious citizen owes subordination. Usurpation uses this ploy as a pretence for designing individuals to dogmatize, which gives their deceit the false air of legitimacy, as they strive to systematize their avarice. And, it is because their position is basically insecure that they force the vast majority into an impoverished subservience, to a very small part of society. Tyranny can never hope to be held in the kind of honest regard and obedient affection that legitimate statesmen command over the hearts of their fellow citizens, by works of beneficence from competence and efficiency that generates gratitude and genuine esteem.

The sad truth is modern society is conditioned to accept imbecility. Because Republican Bush is in Washington DC some village in Texas is missing its idiot. And, while Republican Vice P. Cheney is stealing $11 billion US tax payer dollars and thinking how stupid Americans are for being honest and able to be brutally deceived and exploited with worse everything from private health care that replaces Medicare and costs the most to operate and gives worse health in the most unfair system in the world; and inferior education, where ignorance equates worse jobs and relative ease at being oppressed; and, retirement that’s stolen in stead of a fully funded public Social Security System, which provides the primary source of income for 75% of the nation’s Senior citizens, because wage increases were diverted for about a decade to the right wing dominated insurance industry for worse coverage at greater expense, and ½ of the population work hard all their lives and end up with nothing to show for it. And, the Republican plan is to fix it by reducing wages even further so 80% will work all of their lives with nothing to show for it, and not be able to retire. The Republican plan is to use economic strategy that utilizes economic theory that’s obsolete by about a century, in the pre Keynesian era, and it didn’t work then! Why they think it will work any better now is anybody’s guess.

ON A LIGHTER NOTE!

The last time Republican Vice P. Cheney was sick in Bethesda Hosp., appropriately for heart problems, it took the medical staff three days to find his heart. It was sooo…. small. And, second, while Cheney was resting in bed, the hospital maintenance staff kept trying to water him, when they watered the rest of the hospital’s indoor plants. They thought he was an over ripe vegetable. All things considered, it’s very understandable.

It’s not fair to exclusively pick on Vice P. Cheney. The Republican Party is filled with ideological clones, whose unanimous homogeneous voting record is one representative of base sycophancy; and, clearly demonstrates puppet like behavior devoid of common sense, who are incapable of independent existence. These politicians require support from the radical right who financially nourish and defend their Republican Party’s politicians, when stripped of their considerable financial backing these clones melt into a well deserved obscurity. Unfortunately, the radical right goes to great lengths with staged theatrics on Congressional votes to cover up this obvious fact, in their on going efforts designed to deceive the public. They feel the necessity of their dependence. Their false pride for being a puppet, and the role they play is of an assumed nature; however, it has a negative dimension, they’ve played it so long for the media that they forget who they are and loose the ability to think – for themselves. In fact, the Democrats are considering legislation that will prevent the Republicans from breeding.

GOOD GOVERNMENT - CONT.

Republican ignorance has sunk so low they grasp corrupt exploitive policies as substitutes for sound economic development. Their tyranny fails to comprehend even the basic inter-relationships between economic components. In an example the Republicans fail to understand the essential role the Republican Party policy had causing a recent depression, when they negatively shocked the economy by supporting the radical right dominated oil industry’s effort to double the cost of oil; and, if that weren’t bad enough they compounded the trouble, when they acted to steal in Federal Court successful business ventures from two major companies AT&T and Microsoft, which essentially eliminated all venture capitol from internet and halted economic development in the leading growth area of the economy. Observing Republicans engage in economic policy is like watching the lights go on at a RR crossing and the barriers go down, but the only problem is that a train never goes by.

It’s as if the Republican Party fails to comprehend basic realities like everything in economics is integrally interrelated. One observes such stupidity with a sense of growing outrage, The Republican Party lies to the public and sends our troops abroad to invade a country and depose its democratically elected leader, they then keep our armies stationed overseas for over two years and is baffled by an intransient trade deficit that refuses to be corrected, even after temporarily reducing the price of oil, to see if that expedient would help. The study of economics must be the first order of business for any serious minded attempt at governing. It should be conducted by the greatest genius available, and, it demands ability and steadfast virtue in dealing with indispensable Truth that warrants the highest encouragement instead of base sycophancy and miscreantic deceit. This is a tragic pronouncement on the Republican Party leadership and those who pull their strings, positions of authority demand people with propriety and import, individuals who deserve to be held in the highest esteem; but, it would be dishonest and reprehensible to the interests of humanity and the greater good to misrepresent them, as they degrade themselves with malfeasance and their obvious lies subject them to contempt. It is astonishing to consider that each of these Republican individuals beat 1,000,000 other sperm cells.

The Republicans in their colossal ignorance fail to comprehend basic human Truths. They callously think that people are beasts of burden who if they posses a car, TV and computer are happy. The new bankruptcy laws indicate Republicans think that working 60 hours a week for wages bellow the poverty level is fine for classes inured to penury and hard labor, besides Republicans view workers as ignoramuses who are like children and are easily distracted and being dumb it doesn’t matter if they’re depressed. These attitudes are taken so that the Republicans can more easily be induced to economically plunder their own people without pangs of conscience, or feelings of remorse. The majority of working citizens don’t have inordinate desires, which luxury has developed in the upper class as a result their wants are generally modest. American workers’ complaints and demands are usually reasonable and just. The thrift and patience that labor demonstrates provides more legitimacy to their grievances, which are made only after great provocation due to reduced real wages and health benefits, while working longer hours. The Republicans conveniently equate low savings rates with spendthrift patterns of consumption, instead of workers being deceitfully conned out of wage increases for over a decade by more expensive factional right wing dominated health insurance that provides less and less coverage; and, cost push inflation rates, which drastically reduces standards of living. Under Republicans, new jobs pay thousands less per year than the jobs they replace in manufacturing, and, what with supporting children with their expensive educations, and helping to support parents, how will a society, who can’t gain any concrete assets in over 50% of its people who’ve worked all of their lives, be able to realistically retire under current economic circumstances, specially now with the Republican efforts to privatize Social Security? It is incomprehensible why Republicans refuse to consider two other important negative consequences that their plan to privatize Social Security will inexorably lead too. First, the Republican plan to privatize Social Security will impair the vast majority of American’s ability to retire, which will impair business’s marginal labor inputs. Second, the Republican plan to privatize Social Security will slow the replacement rate for labor at all levels, which will slow the innovation and progress rates that accompany new workers and management, which then goes on to perfect their innovations over the course of their careers. This will greatly exacerbate the problems of economic stagnation and future private consumer demand. In addition, Americans want a good education for their children that Republicans refuse to provide, and which dooms the vast majority of our children (80%) to poor futures, with bad paying dead end jobs with diminished prospects. When their turn comes around, to support parents and children, how will they make ends meet? Under Republican leadership, at some point in the not to distant future the wheels will fall off!

The factional radical right’s political surrogates in the Republican Party seem to be impervious that out sourcing jobs undermines American labor, which erodes consumer demand. The fact the Republicans authored the world’s largest debt means that in future years, when depressions follow stock market crashes, as they are sure to do; then, the USA government will not be positioned to effectively intervene. And, with private consumer demand impaired, because of what the Republicans are doing to damage American labor and privatize Social Security we will experience stagflation, with the economy stalled out and functioning a low level of employment. The USA corporate prospects, for future returns, will be reduced indefinitely, without public supported Social Security, adequate levels of government spending and impaired labor/consumer demand, the self-correcting characteristics inherent in market driven economies will be overwhelmed.

One day soon Americans will wake up to a Republican tyranny, which will only be able to provide a scenario where the sole compensation for hard unremitting work in excess of 60 hours a week will be the paltry pleasure of living an undesirable life. The producers of all society’s goods and services no longer will feel they receive any benefit from the political-social-economic system. But rather, they will feel stuck in a state of wage slavery: their situation will be perceived as intolerable. Across the country workers will strike industry wide and the nation will be confronted with the specter of anarchy raising its ugly head. The object will be to stop a system which produces misery for the vast majority so that a very small number will live extremely well. The end objective will be to destroy the class base of society. This is the dislocation result that waits at the end of tyranny, when it collapses under the weight of its own corruption and oppression.

The tyranny of the factional radical right and their political surrogates the Republican Party ruins the preponderance of American’s prospects. The problem lies with tyranny’s propensity to exploit resources, and their view that people are but expendable resources. It ravages itself in pursuit of avarice. And, it has no other alternative, because it attracts people who view the nation’s political environment in this context i.e. investing millions in public elections make outcomes deterministically corrupt; because, all governmental decisions will be made based on generating the highest rates of return for the candidates’ investors, rather than pursuing policies congruent with public interests. The continued constriction of wealth makes competition among the power elite a serious matter of survival, where participants will go to extraordinary lengths including hedging ones bets (backing both candidates to guarantee a piece of the post election economic action) and campaign law violations, like the Republicans did a number of times in critical elections to the tune of thousands of votes per incident. The dichotomy of society is a temporary transitional state symptomatic of society’s future potential collapse. The prosperous upper class will live in isolated islands of affluence surrounded by seas of human misery. They exist by virtue of the rest of society’s honest industry. They reap almost all rewards from the “new” downsized government, which is viewed as a conduit for transforming the lower class money into their private investments, in a pattern of exploitive economics known as the cumulative-circular-causatory-spiral in a negative direction. The Republican Party’s tax reforms mean that they pay nothing for the benefits which they are the primary beneficiaries from. And their subsidiary tyrants the career criminals in organized crime contribute nothing, too, as the revenues that they receive for causing immoral-criminal acts to occur go unreported as personal income, which constitutes another felony. The consequence is to cause a greater tax burden to fall on those who can afford it least, in an unfair system based on a double standard that impairs productivity and incorporates systemic dysfunction in labor factorial inputs.

The people receive little benefit from our tyrannical government lead by the factional right wing dominated Republican Party. Their lot seems to be that of unhappy wretches, whose faces are being ground off; they’re chained and mercilessly tortured and persecuted all for the excuse of the pretended future benefit of children. Children who are never allowed to grow up prosperous and free, and receive their national heritage of God given Civil Rights. Instead, of receiving future benefits that never arrive, they’re brutally oppressed by an unjust system that first robs them of their rights and then robs them of their money, with such barbarity that they envy the lot of slaves; because, a slave represents an investment, which the owner takes care of in order to protect their investment. Under the Republican Party tyranny American labor are inadequately paid wage slaves who are expected to support themselves and their dependants on insufficient remuneration for as long as they can hold body and spirit together; then, after the radical right has ruthlessly exploited them, they are shamelessly caste aside. Now, the corrupt operatives of the radical right, who are undereducated individuals without necessary vocational skills and any special employable abilities, are confronted with a choice, placed in a nation who out sources jobs and faces dwindling employment prospects, as labor increasingly competes with Third World labor markets and correspondingly experiences Third World standards of living, to continue their lives as career criminals in the radical right institution of organized crime accruing benefits that include employment, housing, relocation and social prestige based on vice; but, personal involvement has a down side, too; because, on a personal level it causes people to become vice-ridden and corrupt, cruel and sadistic, deceitful and hypocritical, and basically immoral, and on a societal level it supports oppression that involves slander, extortion, fraud, coercion and a crime wave that includes assault and battery, rape, murder, prostitution, perversion, drugs and child abuse. It requires supporting a corrupt government that exploits natural resources, and which makes the critical error of viewing government programs as preferential business activities, which only exclusively benefits a very small number of extremely rich individuals. It requires adopting the personal prejudices of a rich few tyrants and supports yoking society to them by extremist measures. It utilizes subliminal technologies to predispose people to engage in and commit immoral and criminal behavior, by viciously attacking dissidents and their families, individuals who inconveniently demonstrate virtuous behavior like speaking the truth or being honest, which repudiates the radical right vices and corruption that are the base of their self-serving self-delusions, individuals that they just don’t like, and individuals who would conveniently provide them with money in the form of bounties – currently, the USA has the greatest incarceration rate per capita in the world, the vast majority are imprisoned for victimless political crimes. And, it actively persecutes and opposes plurality as a social characteristic in a society comprising well over 275 million people, which guarantees oppression and intolerance and are irrational symptoms of tyrannical states. The radical right operatives can support all of this vice and corruption with their involvement, or, do these subordinate tyrants abandon a nation wide system of tyranny, with its inequality, and extremely profitable vice ridden and corrupt system, which impoverishes the nation and will inevitably collapse; in favor of Democracy with its Equality, Liberty and the rest of the God given Civil Rights.

The country confronts only two possible alternatives. The country continues down the path of tyranny, which will eventually collapse under the weight of corruption. Or, the country re-establishes Democracy, which will reform and reassert Democratic principles, and which will result in gradually improving economic prospects and continued social stability. Remember, history has taught us that no tyranny has ever stood the test of time, in spite of most proclaiming their intention to be around for at least a thousand years. If we chose the continuous path of prosperity and social stability government policies on domestic issues and laws will need to reflect Democratic Principles. Laws will need to be abated in their severity. Social phenomenon like the recreational use of drugs will need to be medically managed rather than punitively in a criminal context. A reaffirmation to protect personal property will need to be made, with parties who are injured retaining the right to legal redress in a court of law with a jury of their peers. Also, besides being safe and secure, recognizing that the primary business of society is providing an environment where people have an unobstructed opportunity to pursue happiness and develop themselves as they see fit, should always be kept firmly in mind. What one does with their personal property is fundamental to all free Democratic societies, and should be recognized as a paramount right that is prerequisite to all others, to the extent that it does not directly prevent anyone else from exercising their rights; and, the Liberty to live their lives as they see fit, instead of being dependant on the will and caprice of subordinate tyrants, should be made pre-determinant to all other considerations. Remember, in a Democracy personal advancement is easy, demonstrate ability, industry, and please; while, under tyranny preferment means to become extreme, mindlessly loyal following dubious orders, and, to become warped to reflect your superior’s bigoted bias’ who in turn reflects the prejudices of the ruling power elite. The draw back is to clearly define, what to become extreme, means; because, no one views them self as being extreme. A functional objective definition, for extreme, is that which is evil and hurts others; or, is intolerant of other perspectives and denies their right to exist, without being persecuted, oppressed and hurt. It’s easy to see where the current transgressions are found, the power behind the Republican Party; but, they too, would benefit from the return to pragmatic Democratic principles, and the prosperity, stability, freedom and happiness that accompany them; because, sound policies benefit everyone.

In a good functional Democracy, things are done differently. There none advance to high positions of authority except moderate people of proven ability, who have clearly demonstrated wisdom and sound upright character. In short people who haven’t behaved badly. To trust the nation to any one group, without appropriate precautionary measures, is a grotesque absurdity in government. The inevitable result is the abuse of power. And, in the USA, the right wing Republican Party dominating government, by means of massive amounts of wealth, has resulted in an unprecedented situation, which proved the axiomatic warning to be true; where, after it became established and entrenched it spread like a contagion, ‘till the Republican Party who were entrusted with the responsibility of being guardian of the public, became its vile usurpers and conspired in private to profligate acts, to their ever lasting shame. The predictable negative consequences were realized, the radical right factional interests became even more extreme. Their vice ridden operatives arrogantly lorded it over their fellow citizens, while engaging with impunity in a personally profitable evil wave of organized crime, which was politically expedient and extended all over the country. In a story that extends back to Rome and Greece in antiquity, America was afflicted with the contagion of Tyranny.

The instruments of good government already exist in America. The Democratic Party has to earn the confidence and support of the public. It has to elect men and women of proven ability and integrity; and, after being elected, whose conduct is facilitated by party support, to aid preventing them from falling victim to factional radical right indiscretions. Then, a better effort must be made, based on the good start utilizing internet, to communicate the striking contrast between the Democrats who select virtuous candidates, individuals who are not saints but hard working friends and neighbors, who roll up their sleeves and address societies needs and grievances; and, the Republican sycophant voting clones, who are weak to special interests’ and helpless before the abusive dominance of arrogant power. It must repeatedly demonstrate with each vote that Democrats are America’s honest band of guardians protecting the economic interests and the Civil Rights of all its citizens. Reforms must be made in our election process, to provide true parity at the polls. Now offices are bought and sold, and elections are mugged with money, with outcomes determined by the spin placed on the election by right wing dominated media. But, without campaign reform, even if the Democrats were to ascend to power, the respite would be temporary, because it’s just a question of time before corruption would tamper with their virtue, too.

Before Liberty can again raise its beautiful shining head, in the company of good and just public servants, the roots of our present problems must be addressed. The Truth needs to reach the public. The media can no longer be allowed to arbitrarily define the reality horizon for the American people and place parameters, which function as ideological blinders, on issues scheduled for public debate. This places the power to shape public opinion in the hands of faction who abuse the privilege by pre-determining how events are viewed, in ways which serve their interests. The influence of money in campaigns for public office must be moderated. Then, watch while tyranny and oppression look ashamed and tremble at the prospect of being held accountable for their many transgressions. It wouldn’t be a wild and chaotic out cry of an out raged populace, like transpired during the French and Russian revolutions. Rather, it would be a calm remonstrance, which would wisely view past mistakes as the basis for future corrections that would be respectfully made with deference to Democracy and its core values of Equality, Liberty and property rights. Laws would then once again reflect our national heritage and be fundamentally sound protecting property rights and personal freedom.

The nation desires a prudent Peace based on strength. However, special interests have twisted that through guile and deceit into corrupt larges that we can frankly no longer afford. Our military budget is larger than the rest of the World combined. And, we are our own worst enemy, with arbitrary aggressive military policies for a world, which is basically at Peace; and, artificially contrived terrorist attacks, which a traditional military isn’t designed to meet. We need military weapons systems based on hi-technology, and small mobile rapidly deployed strike forces. A military is needed that has a modest experienced core, which is augmented with a well trained National Guard that will function as an adjunct reserve force. This will give us the strength necessary to meet any present international need, to only be augmented as the world events seem to indicate. Military solutions are too expensive to be viable. They should only be used in cases of last resort after all other alternatives have failed. Because, a nation will never recover its massive costs, witness any of the last four wars from Bosnia to Iraq. Wars are not cost effective. What is needed is to employ the necessary talent in the State Department, to guarantee success, because we can no longer afford the injurious luxury of failure. Any legitimate international threat should be met with a coalition of united forces, where several nations help defray the gigantic costs that wars entail.

Finally, after 200 years of freedom America has learned a difficult lesson about tyranny. In every government even in Democracies, there is a marked tendency towards autocracy and arbitrary power. There is always a strong temptation to eliminate frustration, like our nation experienced after the Carter administration, and set up a group’s own will as law and superimpose it on others; however, their rigid adherence to their beliefs, and stubborn denial of alternative viable solutions, lead inexorably downward; the exercise of power increases pride, which soon transforms to a habit of domineering arrogance that makes that government corrupt and if left unchecked eventually odious; mankind, harassed by the cruel effects of vice and afflicted by the corrupt consequences of oppression, begins to resent and oppose the current factional abuse of power. And, faction, once established, grows increasingly corrupt and jealously fond of arbitrary authority, and ruins the government they initially determined to heal. As its encroachments increase, avarice grows and the public becomes docile and subservient. They no longer identify with a government that serves the special interests of money and odiously abuses arbitrary power. Until at last, tyranny has supplanted Democracy in the USA, even though it retains a false Democratic façade.

Today, the reaffirmation of Democratic ideals is what is needed in America. Whether we continue as a two party system with both parties being broad based enough ideologically to fairly and adequately represent all of society; or, we evolve into some multi-party parliamentary form of Democratic government isn’t important. The government must reaffirm the Constitutional rights of ALL American citizens, with a bicameral legislature retaining the power of the purse and ability to enact laws. And, as with every important power it must not be over used. After all the function of law isn’t to compel behavior, it’s to protect property rights and personal liberty. Anything else is a camouflaged assault on American Civil Rights. These things are always done for the best excuses, of course. When we release Congress from the shackles of money, America will begin electing statesmen again in stead of merely politicians. After all the statue representing justice is blind to partiality and armed with a sword to protect our Civil Rights and scales to insure Equality. Congress will be a beacon lighting the way with Truth and Knowledge to Virtue and Wisdom. It will be filled with people of principles who’ve demonstrated ability. It will provide America with a stage to distinguish itself to the rest of the world. And, once again perform its function as the leader of the freedom loving world.

This is timely advice to a nation that has degenerated into the vice and profligacy that inexorably accompany the abuse of Tyrannical power. When self-serving self-deluded faction has, with its corrupt propaganda machine, degraded society to embrace wide spread deceit and sadism as norms of behavior; while it perverts dissident minorities to the extremist extent that it can prostitute and sexually abuse youths and children; which functions to distract society and corruptly involve it’s more active members in profitable activity, while it picks America’s public’s pocket and defrauds it of its Democratic government. In the last two elections Americans were afflicted with wide spread fraud where computer voting machines where basely employed to effect generalized cheating. In America nothing great and good can currently be accomplished, because the controlling vice lead faction perceives those virtuous characteristics as potential threats to its exclusive control of power, and American society is bogged in the general mediocrity of the times. What public judgment that’s observed is usually extremist, and thus, either, poor, or inadequate, and when good judgment is displayed it’s almost always turned to benefit right wing error. The net effect is most people decline the aggravating problems associated with public service, and government is controlled by those extreme radical right wing factional elements who are either irrationally prejudiced to reflect the bigoted bias of tyranny as a means of furthering their careers, or, don’t demonstrate thought at all and function as base sycophants who merely do what they are told and loyally follow special interest instructions.

The saving grace confronting America is that large societies are never totally depraved. There are always present good and honest people. Their numbers can be easily increased if the Democratic Party demonstrates that those are its members distinguishing characteristics. Then, progress will be made toward making the theoretical benefits of Democracy, a reality in America. Then, America will owe its improved prospects and progress towards a bright future, to the honest efforts of its good citizens.
