"Sail away, Sail away..." - Enya, "Orinoco Flow"

OK, OK, I admit, I'm cheating slightly here. Claiming a 'Best of...' album as one of my favourites does beg the question 'Why don't I own the others?' Well...I do own "Shepard Moons". But a "Best of..." album is great because it means you get to hear all the tracks you love without having to shell out on more than one album.

Anyway, the point is that I love Enya's work. It's so evocative and always manages to conjure up just the right kind of positive mood whenever I need it. In the last incarnation of this site I had Enya's  music filling much of this part of the  site, simply because I felt it fitted the kind of mood I was trying to create. But MIDIs add to download time so I avoid doing that now.

Like Tori Amos, there are an abundance of Enya-related sites out there, but the one I like the best is celts.dk - Enya Unofficial Home Page. Although that's not to detract from the rest. It's just that there's so many out there.
