Brown Belt, 2nd gup, Martial Arts-Karate-Taekwondo

Martial Arts is something I'll never give up.  The process is no longer about rank, it is always about embracing new challenges and learning new systems.  Martial Arts is a challenging cardiovascular workout that exploits lack of mental focus.  I have found the concentration required helps not only other physical activities but helps in all aspects of life.  In particular teaching and training new skills.  Martial Arts teach how to combat frustration and use positive attitudes to accomplish goals
