The process is no longer about rank, it is always about embracing new challenges and learning new systems. Martial Arts is a challenging cardiovascular workout that exploits lack of mental focus. I have found the concentration required helps not only other physical activities but helps in all aspects of life. In particular teaching and training new skills.
