I am Dr. Altaf Ali Siyal from Larkana , Sindh, Pakistan, working as Associate Professor, in the Department of Land & Water Management at Faculty of Agricultural Engineering, Sindh Agriculture University, Tandojam, Sindh Pakistan.

In 1998, I was awarded Quaid-e-Azam Scholarship, sponsored by Ministry of Education, Government of Pakistan for completing PhD from abroad. I completed my PhD in Soil and Water (Lanad Reclamation) from Cranfield University, UK in August, 2001. This web page was perpared by me during my stay in United Kingdom.
