Nisar Shaheen Siyal is working as Lecturer in Government Commerce/Arts College Larkana. Because of his keen interest and devotion to Sindhi Literature, he was elected as Secretary of Sindhi Adabi Sangat unit Larkana for the year 2001.

Mr. Siyal is also working as a General Secretary of Sindh Professors and Lecturers Association (SPLA) unit Commerce College Larkana and Parents and Teachers Association (PTA) Commerce College Larkana.

During early 1990's, Nisar Shaheen Siyal remained honorary editor of two monthly sindhi magazines "Jakhore" and "Pourab".
