These are the programs that can help you create your webpage. They are in these categories: HTML Editors Graphics Programs Here is a fairly comprehensive list of HTML editors available. Their are much too many for me to tell you much about them, so just go the the editor's homepage. Many of these are WYSIWYG (what you see is what you get) editors, but many just help you write the code. I recommend Arachnophilia or HTML Notepad. These are programs that deal with graphics in one way or the other. All these are downloadable, I'll provide the links.

• Paintshop Pro- good for simple graphic editing chores, and can become quite powerful when you add plug-in filters.
• Animagic- one of the better Animated Gif makers I've found.
• Coffee Cup Image Mapper- makes it easy to make image maps.
• Ulead GIF Maker- another animated GIF Maker, maybe one of the best.
