This includes webpages that will list your page, and banner exchange services that display your banner on other peoples pages. Their's alot here, but I think it's worth it. Here are the webpages I have used: Webstep Top 100 contains a list of the top 100 free places to list your page. Starting Point has a large listing of websites. You can also be listed as a Hot Site. They require you to display their banner. Worlds Top 1000 list lists your page, and also gives you a good way to track your page's statistics. Broadcaster submits your page to over 200 search engines. Submit-It does the same kind of thing as Broadcaster, but claims to submit to over 400 indexes.

These services display your banner on other pages, in exchange for you putting up a banner:

Glossary:

• Credit- your site gets displayed on someone elses site.
• Ratio- The ratio of the number of banners you display to the number of your banners shown.

Linktrader is a little inconsistent, but it offers a 7:10 credit ratio. Also, you can have up to three rotating banners.

Webtips is here because of it's originality. When you click on the icon, it brings up a form with a premade message that you can then send to anyone you think might be interested in the page. I don't know how well it would work, but I think it's a good idea.

Free Home Pages at GeoCities

Link Exchange is the best of these services. It dispays your banner for every two banners your page displays. It is very reliable and speed is usually not a problem.

Officelink is almost the same as Link Exchange, but not quite as reliable. It gives you four extra credits for each time someone clicks on a banner on your page though, plus 200 credits on sign up.

SmartClicks: Target Advertising For Free

Smartclicks is almost exactly like Link Exchange, and allows a slightly larger banner.
