Post History
Moving into a new facility in 1988.
Several Buddies work on cutting the remains of a tree that had been leveled to improve the appearance of the front area. A hard job at best.

A view of the building looking East from Badger Street.

There was a lot of work required to bring an empty shell into a facility acceptable as the Fred Brock Post 828 Home. The view is looking from the bar area into the "hall" area toward Martin Luther King Drive.

Another view of the same void, looking in the opposite direction.

Buddy Mulkey contemplates where to begin. This view is looking in the direction where the bar was placed, with the restrooms to the right and rear.

The area selected for the kitchen is just as barren as the rest of the building.

There was a lot of work required to convert a common restroom area into two.

The entrance to the Post Home, no door or steps in place yet. This is looking West from Martin Luther King Drive.

A joint photo of the 1968 Buddies and Auxiliary. We will add names soon.
