Now here's a flick that I watch on a regular basis. That's cause mostly everybody I trade with seems to want this movie, and that's cause its so hoopy.
And with a name like
ENTRAILS OF THE VIRGIN
you just know its gotta be cool.
And cool it is. This is the premiere Japanese Horror Gore Sex flick. Horror is in the guise of a mud covered humaniod killer with a big huge Jimmy, who kills all the dudes and screws then kills the women. Gore is some very brutal killings, a really weird bludgeoning, a spearing, dismemberments, and a disembowling any gynocologist would be proud of. As for sex, well those crazy Japanese just have a way with weird sex, wrestling moves, hanging upside down like a circus stunt, with cameras , in closets on stairs, you name it....
My girlfriend highly recomends it, one of the things we have in common is our love for hot oriental chicks, watching them have sex and get killed and stuff...if your girlfriend is anything like mine, it makes an excellent date flick.
It's in Japanese with subtitles, but there isn't really a lot of significant conversation so if you hate subtitles you really don't have to pay attention. Another downside is it has that optical censoring of the hardcore parts, at least on the version I have, but you barely notice it (unless you are a perv like me), the Girlfriend didn't even notice 'til her third time watching it.
Basically the story goes like this. A couple of photographers and their models go to the country for a photo shot and have some sex. On the way back a fog mysteriously appears and they have to stop their van at a house after hitting a strange figure (the aforementioned mud man)on the road. No one is home so they make themselves at home drinking and having sex. The mud man shows up and starts killing and raping and this one girl goes freaky insane and does some weird stuff you gotta see to believe.
Running 71 minutes, this movie was quoted as being: " The most notorious of the over-the-top Japanese sex/gore films...rude, sick, and nasty in the extreme."
