Can a person swallow all the sorrow the earth offers?
and still have room for more?
Can a person absorb all the darkness?
all the sadness?
all the dispair?
A child can.
A child does.
In an instant, as a hand touches . . . there.
She swallows all the sorrow.
Absorbs all the darkness.
Sadness, dispair.
Then disappears.
