My main "passion" is horses. I've been riding, showing, and working with them for over five years and plan on continuing for the better part of my life. I also volunteered for 2 therapeutic riding programs for 2 years. My other "passion" is volunteering and working with younger kids. I usually work one day a week at my riding instructor's where, in addition to helping with any barn work, I help the kids with the horses. I try to help out at horse shows even when I am showing myself as well. We've got a great group of kids over there this season. (Has this gone to your head? hehe, congrats to the Mini-Medal kids!) I'm also a member of the OLOS Youth Commission and was a peer leader for the 2000 confirmation class (I'm a peer leader for the 2001 class this year too).
