William Harry Miller and Margaret Russell adopted William Charles Miller, son of the famed Band leader of Owen Sound, after Charlie Millers wife died(Armanella Augusta Brownscombe Miller) in l9l0. William Harry Miller was the
brother of Charlie Miller of Owen Sound. They were known in Owen Sound as the "Miller Brothers" and they had their own band, "The Citizens Own Band" and also their own painting and decorating business. They were famous for their art of
"tube painting" which can be seen in homes and churches in Owen Sound. The art was from England.
