dents of the aforementioned United Provin-
ces, nor any or our friends, nor those 
with whom we are in Alliance or which are
Neutral. To which the Captain, is ordered
to regulate his actions, according to his 
Letter of Marque or Commission is stated:
also all booty or prizes, which he may pos-
sibly capture, should be delivered un-
spoiled into the hands of the Board of 
Amiralty, under whose province he has set
sail, to be determined lawfully whether it
is a rightful or unrightful prize, as also
to see to its equitable distribution which 
is to be determined by the ordinance having 
been made on this, or yet to be made on
this ; and to make a proper account of it, 
before the Boards of Admiralty under whose
province the ship has set sail: and also to 
provide a Journal of the voyage, and also on
the date of arrival, and to deliver these to
the aforesaid Board : also he and his Offi-
cers shall, from all vessels which he shall
