He made a wonderful Southern rogue as Rafe Beaudine in John Jake's  North and South - Book II.

He has starred in several made-for-TV movies,  including adaptations of two Danielle Steel best sellers:  Palomino and Crossings.

In my humble opinion, Palomino isn't much of a movie, but darn he makes a fine cowboy!

I rather enjoyed Danielle Steel's Crossings.  It's a six hour mini-series that can occasionally still be found on Lifetime or the Encore Love Stories Channel.  If you get the chance, catch it.
