What are the best adult diapers to buy, where can I buy them, and how should I buy them?

Where can I hide the diapers after I have bought them?

How should I dispose of the used diapers without anyone finding out?

When is the best time to wear a diaper?

How can I wear a diaper during the day without anyone knowing I have one on?

What are the best adult diapers to buy, where can I buy them, and how should I buy them?

From my personal experiences, Walgreen's and CVS brand overnight briefs (adult diapers like the ones pictured on the left) are the best you can buy.  They cost about $10-$15 for a pack of 22-30, depending on the size.  Make sure they are the overnights, though, because those are the most absorbent.  Depend brand briefs are okay, but I don't like them as well as the drugstore brand overnight briefs, and they are more expensive.  If you are smaller, Goodnites absorbent underpants are excellent.  They have free samples on their web page at www.goodnites.com.

You can find the briefs and Goodnites at almost all drug, discount, and grocery stores.  I always buy from drugstores because there are fewer people in the stores who can see you buying them.

My advice is to get one of the little carts at the drugstores, go to the briefs section and get what you want, stick them down in the cart, act like you are shopping until you see that the checkout line has died down, pay for them, and get out of there.  If you can't drive, ride your bike and bring a large bookbag, and be sure to stuff the adult diaper package down in the bookbag after you have bought them.  Go to the drugstore very early on a Saturday or Sunday morning, because those are the times when the least amount of people are shopping there.

When I first bought my diapers at a drugstore, I was very nervous.   Now I just buy them like any other product.  I have since bought many packages at different stores, and no one really seems to care--as long as you pay for them.   I've heard that many cashiers don't even know what they are!

Where can I hide the diapers after I have bought them?

Hide them in a cabinet or a box in an inconspicuous area in your room where no one will find them.  Be sure to cover them well.

How should I dispose of the used diapers without anyone finding out?

Be sure to have several plastic grocery bags to wrap and dispose of the used diapers.  Place them in the middle of the trash in a can or bag where you are sure no one will go back through the trash to try and find something.  If you wrap it in several bags, no one will be able to tell what is inside it.  This is the best (and only) way I have found to get rid of them.  One tip--never flush a diaper down the toilet.  They are made to expand on contact with a liquid which causes them to clog sewer pipes.  This happened to my neighbors, and they had to call a plumber to unclog their pipes, which was very expensive.

When is the best time to wear a diaper?

Wear a diaper when no one is home or at night when you are in bed or in your room for the evening before going to bed.  Make sure you wear boxers and/or pajamas over the diaper if someone else is home.

How can I wear a diaper during the day without anyone knowing I have one on?

Wear boxer shorts over the diaper and a pair of windpants.   Make sure the windpants are the kind that make the crinkling noise while you walk--such as adidas or nike windpants.  Also, the khaki nylon windpants that crinkle are in style and would be excellent to wear with a diaper.  When you have the windpants on, no one can hear the noise that the diaper makes while you walk because the pants eliminate the diaper noise.
