Hi, my name is Jim! I’m 17, and I live in Indiana. I don’t really know how or why I wanted to wear diapers, but I will do my best to tell you.

Somehow at the end of my eighth grade school year, I was thinking about what it would be like to wear a diaper. I thought that this was pretty bizarre, and I forgot about it for six months or so. I had heard about a product called Goodnites that were disposable absorbent underpants for bedwetters. Although I did not wet the bed, I wanted to wear them. During the summer, I got some Goodnites from a local drug store and hid them in my room so my parents wouldn’t find them. I put one on, and I felt like I had been waiting a decade just to wear one.

Then came the Internet. Although I had been on the Internet since my seventh grade year, I never had the initiative to find out if I was the only one who liked wearing diapers. I was relieved to learn that many other people my age wear diapers for medical problems and just because they enjoy wearing them. I talked to a mental health professional, and he said that there was nothing abnormal about wanting to wear diapers, as long as they did not become an obsession.

When I got my driver’s license, I went to several drug stores around the Indianapolis area to buy adult diapers, and I still get them at regular intervals. I keep them well hidden, but I am very glad I have the means to buy them.

None of my family, my friends at school, or my co-workers knows that I like wearing diapers. I would even be afraid to tell my girlfriend.  But one day, maybe I will muster the courage to tell someone.
