1984. George Orwell predicted a world
gone awry in technological corruption by this point in the 20th century.
However, humans had not reached that point
yet. On the contrary,
1984 was the year in which a diamond in the rough would be born. A diamond
in the rough named Steve St. Pierre.
Born in Ottawa, Ontario, Steve grew up with a hidden love and talent for music. Although no one in his family were musicians, Steve would mess around on the old family piano in the house. It was a sign of things to come. Through high school, there would be the times of playful beat boxing, singing with the radio and jamming on the piano. But, none of these were ever attempted on a serious level. It wouldnt be until the summer of 2002 when Steve would pick up an instrument for real. The guitar filled a void and more for Steve and he has dedicated most of his free time to becoming a learned soul of the acoustic instrument. Complementing his musical endeavors, his love for writing has uncovered a unique perspective in the songs he writes. Now, he is playing those songs for all who will listen, to talk about life in a way no one else can. Steves in it for the music, and the music is his life. Written By Joe Cousineau |
