In English lessons, drama is often used to help pupils to understand plays or books better. Reconciliation masses organised by the RE department every term often involve pupils devising and performing a short drama piece about the theme of the mass.
The annual school production gives pupils a chance to get involved with drama and perform for a large audience.
St. Benedict's has two qualified drama teachers in Mr Kirby and Mrs McNicholas.
