Projects

Objective of project work is to provide an opportunity to students to undertake an indepth study of a real life problem in the field of their specialization. This project work helps the students to undertake a diagnostic analysis of a problem situation & arrives at indicative solutions.

Counseling

A confidential counseling service is available to discuss problems & issues related to study, integration, personal and family problems. Counseling is not just for discussing problems but to motivate, encourage and guide students to work for achieving excellence. (Discussion takes place at departmental level/ at institution level). Guidance to students is provided through nominated group counselors from faculty who act as local guardian, friends, philosopher and guides to them to resolve their difficulties.

Personality Development Programme

With the objective of multidimensional development of personality of students, PDP classes are scheduled in the time table. This emphasizes functional and social interaction activities which include conversation, discussion sessions, dialogues, role- plays, simulations, improvisations and debates. Guest Lecturers are frequently scheduled on technical, social environmental management subjects and moral value system. Institute not only places the students in corporate world but also trains them before placement through small workshops on CV creating, Interview facing and Stress management etc. organized under PDP classes.
