Hello!
My name is, Kathy Corey, and I am with the Group Sales Department
at Emerald Downs. I will be taking reservations for this year's Red Hat
event. We anticipate an exciting day of live racing, as well as great
food, door prizes and sisterhood! Rottles will be sponsoring our door
prizes. (There will not be a fashion show in the Emerald Room.)

We are expecting the Emerald Room event to be sold out so please
make your reservation early! We ask that if your chapter does not have
enough participation to consider teaming up with another group. With
over 300 ladies expected in the Emerald Room it is very challenging for
our Accts. Receivable Department to handle groups smaller than 15.

We are very excited to have you all back out for A DAY AT THE RACES!
