Fees & Insurance

At the time of your arrival, please present your insurance card and let our receptionist know which plan you are affiliated with so that we may place it in your child's chart. From time to time, our affiliation with PPO plans may change or a new plan may be added, so it is a good idea to periodically check with our office for an update on our programs.

Payment is expected at the time services are rendered. Please remember that insurance is a means of reimbursing you for medical bills and is not a substitute for payment. Your policy is a contract between you and the insurance company, and you remain responsible for the payment of your bill. You will also be responsible for the payment of your co-payment and any deductible or other balance not covered by your policy.

If you have any questions about your insurance or financial obligations, please feel free to discuss them with our Business Office or Office Manager.
