Prydelande does have contracts for Show, Breeding or Companion/Pets
and do expect each person (s) purchasing a cat/kitten to read it in its entirety
and agree to it prior to signing it and it must be signed by the purchaser
in front of a notary as a witness. One item that is in all of the above contracts
is that we do not hold kittens/cats for anyone with out a proper deposit
and a deposit is non-refundable except in an instance where an unforeseen illness
causes the death of the cat, or this breeder changes her mind
about selling the cat for various health or safety reasons concerning the cat.
We do reserve the absolute right to refuse to sell any cat or kitten to any person
at any time for any reason we believe may cause endangerment
or risk to our cat (s) or kitten (s).
