My country has three seasons, there are summer, rain, and winter. The junction between rain and winter is the romantic times for dogs. This year, my health is slightly moderate. Although it's not perfect, I can go out my home to joint the dog society for romance. The usual assembly is at the fresh market, but for this period we set up the assembly at my neighbor backyard. He is an old man. His house is a coffee shop which include capacious backyard and 4-5 female dogs! For his kindliness, he permit any dogs to come in his house. Unfortunately, I'm not strong enough to be the leader. Someday I went home with quite severe wound, it made by other young male dogs. But I don't concern about this. After recuperation, I went to the assembly again.

My family don't think that this period is good. They worry about my senility. I sleep longer, decrease many activities, and have chronic diseases. According to the severe diarrhea on May, I sometimes still have some abnormal stools. I also have a tumor on the right of my anus. This made me difficult to defacate. The only one veterinarian in my town think that it may be anal gland hyperplasia, but he suggest operation to confirm diagnosis. This is the reason of worry. The operated-dog mustn't eat for many hours, and must inhale anesthetics. In Thailand, for dogs, we use Halothane. It's safe and save for most dogs, but the veterinarian should concern for its adverse drug reaction in senior dogs. It can depress respiration and lead to death, in senior dogs its toxicity is increasing. My family need additional information and suggestions by another veterinarian before send me to be operated. Unfortunately we can't find any good suggestions.

Surprisingly, on late September before this page is updated, I suffered from Gastroenteritis again! I think this is the most severe illness I have got. It started with vomiting that pushed things like stools out of my alimentary tract. This indicated severe destruction of intestinal mucosa. It might be done by some viruses such as Parvo virus. The veterinarian have come to my home to give continuous injections for five days. He said I had opportunity to die. For first - third day, I couldn't eat anything and drunk very little, but it was the miracle. I survived and recovered in a week.

The eruption of diseases is caused by imbalance between Hosts, Agents, and Environment. I am host. This year my health isn't perfect, this condition has strong association with high incident of many diseases. There are Gastroenteritis 2 times, Tracheobronchitis 1 times, Tumor, and Chronic diarrhea. I think it may be involved with other two factors. The environment of my home is fresh market. This place will be surely a place that is source of many harmful agents. But I have been lived in this market for almost of my life. So except of my health, one hypothesis that is possible is new agents such as Parvo virus, Corona virus, or bacteria have been entered with the wandering dogs, but the conclusion can't be complete until field survey have been done. So the best way is staying at my home and shouldn't participate with the wandering dogs.

Death always follow birth, and also I. But life shouldn't be lost because of inappropriate reasons such as lacking of veterinarian, death by iatrogenic diseases, etc. Today, I'm still alive with my family, I intend to use the rest of my life with happiness. I don't know my dead day. If I go away, I hope that my family, my friends, and my first owner can remember me.
