Good health is cause by improvement of host's health and immune system such as Vaccination, Dietary control, Routine exercise, etc.

Sickness is done by Pathogenic agents or Bad environment. Although host is in good health, harmful agents can frequently cause disease.

Environment also is a cause of sickness if it isn't suitable for life.
