Neopets HTML Guide : If you have absolutely no clue how to work with HTML and want your first project to be a shop or pets page, this is the best place to start.

Html Goodies : This is a great basic and advanced site, it won't have the babytalk that the NP HTML pages but it'll talk you through AND explain what all those codes mean and how they apply to your webpage.

WebMonkey : This site is very comprehensive as well, and covers stylesheets which works with Neopet shops and can produce some great effects since we're not allowed to use java in our shop descriptions.
