Tianyou goes with Red Tide and meets the Vampire Commander. He then discovers the Vampire Commander’s real identity. He goes forward to punch the Vampire Commander but the latter is too fast for him. The Vampire Commander then chats with Tianyou. He tells Tianyou that he loves his name and that names are a gift. He asks Tianyou which name he will choose but Tianyou will only choose death. He also tells Tianyou his own origin. |

The Story of the Vampire Commander and Nuwa ~...

| The Vampire Commander did not know where he came from but he was all alone and the world did not exist at that time. It was all quiet and peaceful and he did not know what was loneliness. He had nothing to do, so he slept. Time did not exist. One day, he was woken up by Nuwa’s voice and went to see what was happening. He saw the first woman in his life and witnessed Nuwa praying to Heaven but he could not understand what she was doing and only realized much later that she was asking Heaven to let her create man and Heaven granted her request. What struck him were the merciful look in Nuwa’s eyes and her look with simple innocence and goodness. He followed Nuwa as he could not take his eyes off her. He had actually fallen in love with her. His heart palpitated as Nuwa went near him. She told him that one day, he will know his purpose of existing in this world and she also gave him the name “Jiangchen”, meaning commander-official. Rain fell for forty days to punish the humans. He saw Nuwa grieve for the first time. She used all her powers to remove the five deadly sins of the world to change into five colours to cleanse the Earth and appease Heaven. He saw Nuwa smiled for the first time. Nuwa shed her first tear after seeing dead bodies in a war. She also met two pitiful people in love, who killed each other. Before the lady died, she put a curse on the women in her family (the Ma family), that is, not to shed tear for any man. Nuwa’s heart died from then on and she separated her soul from her body and her body floated in the cosmos. She left her soul in the Vampire Commander’s care and the five Colour Envoys would serve him. Their task was to keep track of the deeds in mankind and she hoped that man would have changed by the time she returns. | |

| The Vampire Commander feels that Nuwa was lonely, so she created man. Tianyou feels that selfishness should be also be removed as it is the main cause of war and hatred. The Vampire Commander tells Tianyou that he does not have any human feelings until he met the latter. He also explains to him that 60 years ago, he sensed Tianyou and Fusheng did not want to die during the fight, hence, he gave them immortality but he saw that Tianyou is suffering more when he became a vampire than when he was going to die. The Vampire Commander decided to give up the past and go into the world to experience the different kinds of feeling. | |
