I stand in the middle of carnage I see bodies and people in mourning I think to myself what happened to the pointman Where was the advanced warning
Then I realize the situation that I am in This is not combat that was 30 years ago Then shock sets in and the grief begins Then I realize this is a new type war and we must win
We're fighting for our most valuable resource The lives and future of our children It must be fought but fought with remorse We must rethink our strategies and start again
We must be victorious but without the loss of a single soul We will never know who is already deceased Another Albert Einstein, madam Curie, or Van Gogh Possibly the answer to world peace
The war must be fought without predudice and hatred The only weapons are communication, understanding and love Every life must be considered sacred The battle flag should bear the symbol of the olive branch and the dove
