Thanksgiving
in Phoenix - 1999

For Thanksgiving, we visited Laurie's brother, David, and his wife Renee. They live in Phoenix. While in Phoenix, we visited the house Larry lived in as a child. Here's information about that adventure. We also took a day trip to the northern part of Arizona to see Sedona. Here's more about our Sedona trip. Most of Laurie's family joined us at Dave & Renee's house for the big event. Sarah and Kim each baked two pies. Kim made her first ever pumpkin pies, and Sarah made a chocolate silk pie (covered with whip cream!), something she'd learned from her Aunt Mary Lou, and helped Aunt Renee bake an apple pie:
