Blueberry Hill - Using bilberry leaves (wild blueberry), chamomile flowers, hibiscus flowers, and lemongrass, this has the tartness combined with sweetness and rosy color associated with the flavor of fresh blueberries. Customers tell me this is the best. Bilberry leaves are mentioned in herbals to be helpful for diabetics.
Citrusberry - Good either hot or cold--lemongrass, lemon balm, hibiscus flowers, blackberry leaves. Lemony, cooling, and rosy.
English Herb - Intended to imitate the flavor of Earl Gray without caffeine, this has orange bergamot (Menthe citrata), chamomile flowers, and blackberry leaves. Relaxing and delicious.
Old-Fashioned - A Victorian delicacy of rosemary, lavender, and lemongrass. A relaxing tea unlike any you've ever tasted, warming.
Raspberry Rose - More rose than raspberry, it contains raspberry leaves, hibiscus flowers, and rose geranium leaves. Rosy colored, especially good for female reproductive systems and circulatory systems.
Relax Tea - May be useful to insomniacs or headache sufferers due to lemon balm, chamomile, hops, wood betony, peppermint, and valerian. I recommend using lemon and honey with these strong flavored ingredients.
Rosemint - This unusual blend of spearmint, lemon balm, hibiscus flowers, rose geranium, and rose petals can be enjoyed either hot or cold.
Scottish Breakfast - When Oriental tea was too costly, common folk believed wood betony to imitate its flavor; I added lemon balm, and blackberry leaves to make tea-time more of a refreshing pause. Growing up a Scott, I thought we needed a tea named after our ancestors.
Cider Mate - A mulling mixture for apple juice containing cinnamon, allspice, orange and lemon peels, nutmeg, star anise, cloves, fenugreek, and ginger.
