Jerusalem
The city is at the top of the hill with farms along the bottom. sorry the picture didn't work out as well.
Jerusalem would be where I would love to spend more time. Everything is in such close range from here. Then there is everything that you can find just with in the city. We spent all our time in the Old City. From one of our hostels you could sit outside and just look down on people. We often saw people singing and caring a cross.
While in the Old City, you could almost always see the Dome of the Rock. To get to the dome did take us a while. We went past these guards a number of times. They even asked us to join them for coffee once they were off work.
Finally we made it there.
The architecture of the buildings in this area were amazing. You can't see it all that well in the pictures, but the colors at the Dome of the Rock... there are no words.
Then after a long day of walking around we could return to out hostel and make ourselves some dinner. This was the cheepest way for us to eat, and I personaly thought it was the best meal of the whole trip! We made very cheesy pasta. Oh ya, it was good!
