The Last Year

So the last year began in the summer of '99 when 7 of us when of a trip to Edmonton.

Then there was another exciting year at university.  Around Christmas I was really looking forward to a holiday, but the soonest that I could get away from home was during reading week in February.  During that week off, I packed my bags and was off to Winnipeg.

Even before that trip was over, I was already thinking of what I should be doing for my summer.  I decided that I still needed a long holiday so I left the country.  I went on a 2.5 week trip with Tammy to Israel in June.  I arranged it so that I would be coming back in time for my sisters grad then I was back off to Winnipeg in July.

Jumping back to winter, I also enjoyed one day of skiing at the Fortress.  That was fun besides my gimpy-ness.

So now that I have traveling out of my system for this year, I spend all my time at work or out with a couple friends playing with fire as the Amazon Girls.

With the taist of traveling this year, I have already planned my next year.  At the beginning of '01 I am going on a feild school to the south pacific for six weeks.  Maybe I will be able to get some sort of a tan this time since I didn't get much of one when I went to Israel.
