Mrs. Cora F. Watkins, 71, a resident of Carrier Mills Nursing Home, formerly of 215 South McKinley St., Harrisburg, died at 7:30 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 25, 1996 in Harrisburg Medical Center. She was born on Jan. 1, 1925, in Harrisburg to the late Charlie and Alta Reynolds Survivors include a son, Billy Huff of Elizabethtown; one grandchild; and three sisters, Helen Hankins and Annadel Cox of Harrisburg and Sybil Digman of Evansville, Ind. She was the widow of William T. Watkins. She was also preceded in death by two brothers, Calvin Reynolds and Delbert Reynolds and three sisters, Madge Short, Grace McPherson and Lulabell Peeas. Graveside services will precede burial at 1 p.m. Friday at Sunset Lawn Cemetery. The Rev. Steve Shea will officiate. J.M. Weirauch Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements. Those attending should go directly to the cemetery.

Helen Frances Winters, of 600 Water Street died at 3:45 p.m. Friday, Sept. 5, 1997 at her residence. She was 82. She was a homemaker and a member of the Church of God. Mrs. Winters was born Nov. 24, 1914 in East Peoria to Emil and Rose Cara Klassart. On Oct. 23, 1934, she became the wife of Claude R. Daymon. On Feb. 17, 1947 she married Noel Ralph. She became the wife of George Sol Winters on Aug. 8, 1982. Mr. Winters preceded her in death on Oct. 25, 1988. Mr. Daymon preceded in death in Dec. 1965. Mr. Ralph survives. She was also preceded in death by a sister, Rose Mary Sisler and a granddaughter, Dawn Rae Ralph. Mrs. Winters is survived by three daughters, Marie Bainbridge, Elizabethtown, Rosalie Denton, Harrisburg, and Barbara Cleek of Indianapolis, Ind.; three sons, Ted Ralph of Miami, Fla., Doug Ralph of Galatia, and Mark Ralph of Junction; 16 grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. Visitation will be held Saturday from 6 to 9 p.m. at Reed Funeral Chapel in Harrisburg. Services will be held at the funeral home Sunday at 1 p.m. with Rev. Ted Ralph officiating. Burial will be in Peters Creek Cemetery at Elizabethtown.

Surviving are three sons and two daughters-in-law, Ted and Lacy Ralph of Miami, Fla., Doug and Cathie Ralph of Galatia, and Mark Ralph of Junction; three stepdaughters, Marie Bainbridge of Cave-in-Rock, Rosalie Denton of Harrisburg, and Barbara Cleek of Indianapolis, Ind.; a brother, Charles Ralph of Elizabethtown; a sister, Mildred Edwards of Orlando, Fla.; a half-sister, Beulah Lane of Savoy; eight grandchildren; and eight step-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, four brothers, two sisters and one granddaughter. Services will be held at 1 p.m. Wednesday at Hosick Funeral Home Chapel in Rosiclare, where friends may call from 5 to 8 p.m. Tuesday. His son, Ted Ralph will give the eulogy. Burial will be in Central Cemetery at Elizabethtown.
