Meghan&Dani's
Boot-elicious Links
If you're
a taper, trader, or geek you might like some of these sites.
- All
Things CDR
- I've ordered tons of stuff here and never had any problems.
They are quick and cheap.
- Arcal
- Another
site with decent prices on high quality media.
- CDR
Resource Page - This guy has thought of everything.
There is a link on this page to just about anything you might want to know
about CDRs.
- Kate's
Concert Etiquette -
I love, LoVe, LOVE this site and have sent it to all my friends. Essentially,
anyone who goes to shows should read Kate's concert etiquette tips - especially
if you want to get a copy of the bootleg that the person next to you is making.
Share this site with all your friends!
- HHB
850 CDR Recorder -
It's what a girl dreams of... this girl anyway. I'd love to have this machine,
it would make my life so much easier. You see, it actually transfer the track
marks from MD to CDR, AND it doesn't require the more expensive "AUDIO"
CDRs either. If only I had an extra $850 lying around.
- Minidisc.org
- All the information that you ever could have wanted to know
about MDs. I love this site and visit it often. I'm in search of a shelf unit
/ minisystem that has both a MD and CDR, but that can transfer MD to CDR and
keep all the MD track marks and such. If you know where I can find such a
fine piece of machinery, please let me know.
- Minidisco.com
- This is where I order ALL of my MD supplies - including my
recorder, my stereo unit, and my blanks.
- Musi-Cal
- Concert updates for all my favorite artists.
- Oade
Brothers
- Business started by tapers for tapers. They've got great
taping equipment and decent prices. I've got their stealth mics, which have
proven to be very versatile and produce great-sounding recordings.
- RandomSnacks.org
- Lots of boards... I frequent the "Music/Other Artists
Board" and "Trader's Board".
See you there!
- Tape.com
- Great place to buy high quality media (like Mitsui, TDK or Fuji). Good prices
and quick service.
- TapeTrader
Network
- This is a great place to find "new-to-you" traders.
It's also a great place to put your name and the artists you trade.
- Taping
Tips -
by Allan. Ran across his site and liked his advice, maybe you will find it
useful.
