This is one of the dominant political processes in the over-industrialized countries - that rulers are transforming humans into oomans i.e. they are converting people from citizens and even consumers into being little different from other livestock Animals. The more dominant that capitalism becomes around the world, the more that humans are being turned into domesticated fodder, livestock Animals.
