I've had an interesting week to say the least. There's really no way to put it eloquently so I'll just dive right on in. Ever since that crazy drunken night Shawn and I have been going at it like a couple of wild monkeys. I was gonna say rabbits, but that doesn't really fit. Besides you've never seen rabbits doing anything like this....lol. Ok, so I'm bad, but you know what I mean don't you. The kinda cooky love making that puts that goofy smile on your face and that certain twinkle in your eye whenever you think about it. You know, the look were everyone thinks you're up to something. Well that's been us, all week. It's been nuts, even for Shawn and I. Not that I'm complaining, heck no, "Bring it on Babe"........lol. It's just nice to know that after four years our passion for each other is still burning strong. And that we're still going at it like we have from the begining, like lovesick teenagers. Only better for we know what we want and how to get it. =) It just makes me so happy that our spark is still there. What a lucky girl am I, to have found such a prize. Of course he could say the same thing. Being 26 I have yet to reach my sexual peak.....lol
Anyways besides all that (or maybe because of all that <wink wink>) I've been pretty much a homebody this week. I tried but in vain to get some friends together to go the movies. However nobodies schudules seemed to mesh. And once my parents (the babysitters) decided to head off to Valdez (which I love, you have know idea, it is SO beautiful there) Well that pretty much sealed my fate. So Shawn went to the movies without me.....AGAIN.
I woke up the other morning with the feeling that our little family (but mainly me) was missing something. Something that's warm, fuzzy, and purrs. Basically I really miss my kittie. I've always had a cat, up until the point when I started having kids. At which time I sent my kittie back to my parents house. Moe is not a kid friendly kinda cat. She never grew up around small children and if you piss her off she'll bite. Not a good combo. Later when Lauren came home from a sleep over at her granparents house. The first thing she said when she walked in the door was that they had been to the pet store and could we get a kittie. Wow, what a quinky dink, Shawn and I had just 15 mins earlier been talking about that same thing........lol. Anyways we looked around town today and desided to go to the pound sometime this week. I'm so excited there's something very comforting about having a cat purring on your lap. And with that I'm off to bed...........night all
