for Coach Outings

• Booking: in advance at indoor meetings or by post (please e-mail for details)
• Price: £12.50 members / £14.50 non-members
• Discount: a £5 discount on the total cost is available for those who book all 7 coach outings at the start of the season.
• Seat numbers: allocated on receipt of booking in fairness to those getting on at later pick up points.
• Cancellation: full refund if 1 month notice given.
• Entrance fees to reserves (where applicable) are paid on the day.
• There is a charge for non Members of the RSPB at most of their reserves.

Pick up and Set down Points

	Baker Street	Swiss Cottage	Belsize Park	Parliament Hill Fields
Pick up / Set down	parking bay at 2 Park Road / near the traffic lights at the entrance to Regent's Park	by the bus stop at the junction of Finchley Rd & Boundary Rd	by the bus stop above the Underground Station. Outside Budgen's (Route A) Opposite Budgen's (Route B)	La Sainte Union School, Highgate Rd NW5 Opposite for Route A




NB: There may be one additional set-down stop on the return journey on Route B
at the discretion of the leader.

Please note that no time is specified for Belsize Park and Swiss Cottage. The coach leaves the 1st pick up point at 8am and is expected to leave the last of 4 pick up points at 8.20am. Some pick up points are on Red Routes and the coach cannot be delayed for latecomers. Please be aware of engineering works on public transport which could delay your journey.

• Smoking is not allowed on the coach
• There is a coffee stop on the outward journey except when there are cafe facilities on arrival as indicated in the programme.
• Bring warm, windproof and waterproof clothing, hat & gloves, stout walking shoes or boots.
• Bring Field Guide, Binoculars/telescope.
• Bring enough food and drink to last all day
• We return to London around 7 - 8pm

We need full coaches to cover the costs.
