Welcome to Bay Pines Estates Civic Association
The 2010 BPE Membership Drive came to an end at midnight on 12/31/2009. We
would like to thank all of you that got your Applications in before the
deadline. The total number of Homeowner Association Members for 2009 is
326!
Even though the 2010 BPE Membership Drive has ended in order to receive the
Waste Services of Florida reduced rates, that doesn't mean that you still can't
join the Association. This assures us that we get your correct contact
information for our Newsletter Mailings and keeps you in touch with upcoming
events, including the next BPE Membership Drive.
For all new Bay Pines Estates Residents, you
are eligible to join the BPE Homeowners Association and by becoming a new
resident to our neighborhood, you are eligible to obtain the Waste Services of
Florida Reduced Rates. Please go to the
BPE Documents page and download
the 2010 BPE Membership
Application. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to
contact any of the Executive/Board Members. We will be glad to assist in
any way.

Greetings from our Neighborhood Association
Nancy Blair, President
I sure hope to see more residents attending our meetings. We only hold the
meetings 4 times a year. The meetings are held in September, December, March,
and May—the second Monday of these months at 7:00 pm. Please come and join us for our meetings. The meetings are a way to
meet your neighbors, sit down and chat, learn about various events around the
neighborhood, etc.
