Bethany and Melinda haven't always been friends, but sometimes it feels like it! :-) Bethany is 19 and lives in Oklahoma, and Melinda is 22, living in California. We've been pen pals for quite a few years now, and we finally got to meet each other in the July of 2002! We knew before that we were very much kindred spirits, and our meeting has confirmed it. :-)

Both girls enjoy reading, writing, scrap booking, watching old movies, and listening to and playing music.

Bethany has loved L. M. Montgomery's writings since she was 9, and she introduced Melinda to them several years ago. Though both of us are fond of all of LMM's books, the Emily Starr series stands out in our minds as an absolute favorite.
