Andreas Schnass, my friends, what can I tell ya. Sooner or later, I'm sure, i'm gonna have every one of his early movies reviewed here in the Worst of the Worst.
This time round it's his blood drenched shot-on-video epic
VIOLENT SHIT!!!
The title says it all!!! VIOLENT, most definately. Gore, dismemberment, disembowling, genital mutilation, you name it, it's there. And SHIT, well that is the operative word.
Unlike ZOMBIE 90, this one is subtitled (and hard to read ones too), so the viewer is not distracted by humorous dubbing. This one definately has a more serious tone. The video is often in slow motion and filled with those video effects ya used to see in '80s Rock Videos, and I think more well done than ZOMBIE 90, but it's far from proffessional looking. Looks kinda like stuff I used to make when I was in highschool, only better (we probably had the same budgets). Even though this was made 3 years before ZOMBIE '90, in my humble opinion this one is looks a lot better.
I'm not 100% what exactly the plot of this baby is, but basically this deformed dude runs around and kills a bunch of people real savage like. Reasons, who needs stinkin' reasons, when ya got a W.A.S.P. tune on the soundtrack.
If your into ultra low budget German gore-fests, then this is the treat for you. If not, what the hell are ya doing watching a video called VIOLENT SHIT!!!
