ROFL - Rolling On the Floor Laughing. ROFLMAO - Rolling On The Floor Laughing My Ass Off. TTYL - Talk To You Later. WTF - What The Fuck. * * - Anything within the stars means action. Example : *laugh* means you are laughing. Of course you can't show the person that you're laughing but this put the idea across. It's a way to deliver human interaction or emotion across the wire. :) or :-) - *smile*. Don't get it? Look at them sideways. 8) or 8-) - *smile*.
