What is Dragon ball Z? Well if you got this far then your probally wondering what is dragon ball z. Dragon ball Z the second part of a 3 part series. It is a spuerbly created anime (Japanese animation) by the author Akira Toriyama. Toriyama is a very productive artist and has even created his own studio: the Bird Studio, where he works helped by his assistants. He wrote lots of stories dedicated to a young public and Dragon Ball Z is the only one he has created for an older audience, mainly teenagers. What is most admirable of his work is that every idea he develops allows him to develop the next one. Dragon ball Throughout the extremely long span of dragon ball, we follow Goku and his friends from his very first moments on Earth, to his death. We see when Goku first arrives to earth from Planet Vegeta. He was first originally created to destroy the earth, but a bump on the head when he was small made him change. This made him a child with a pure heart. He joins Bulma a young girl he meets to find the seven dragon balls. Throughout this journey he finds new friends Yamcha and oolong. Together they set out to find the dragonballs. Young Goku then seeks Kame-sennin the strongest fighter in the world to train him. This is where he meets his best friend Krillin. Together they train. Goku then marries Chi-Chi and the have a son Son Gohan. Goku has many fights throughout this series, he wins all of them, against fighters like Tenshinhan, Piccolo-Daimao, and much later Piccolo. Dragon Ball Z Now Dragon Ball Z is the longest of the 3 series, so a storyline would take for ever. Lets just say that it is a sort of sequal to Dragon Ball in that the characters are the same as well as new ones. Goku is already a adult and his son Gohan is growing up, he is following in his fathers foot tracks and is becoming a very powerful fighter at a young age. In this series there are alot more enimies and more action takes place and sadly deaths, numerious times most of Goku's friends die trying to protect their friends and the earth from the evil that roams the universe. After krillin gets killed by frieza he turns Super saiya-jin. He is the first to achive this level in over 1000 years. But from then on he just gets stronger and stronger. As with this his son gets strong to and he becomes Super saiyan at a very young age. He is the also the first to become Super saiyan level 2. A level even stronger than the first. Goku then has a second son called Son Goten. Goten resembles his father in many ways and he is naturally born strong he becomes the youngest super saiyan at the age of 7. His best friend Trunks is the son of Vegeta and bulma. Trunks is the second youngest super saiyan at the age of 8. His father Vegata was onece Goku's enemy but he becomes a good guy, yet he still has evil in him. The story continues and finishes shortly after the fight with majin-buu. A long feard character that is out to destroy all. Dragon Ball GT This is the third series and as far as this one goes I do not know much of it. Also this series was not written buy the Akira. The main theme of Dragon Ball GT is to find the GT balls. Goku is wished back into a child form. He searches for GT balls with his friend Trunks and Pan his daughter. This is where we first see Goku transform into this golden Oozaru, which is extremely powerful, but still not that powerful. Goku later hits Super Saiya-jin level 4 . This is Goku's most powerful form. Vegeta also hits Super Saiya-jin 4, he just doesn't look as good as Goku. In the end Goku somehow swallows, or merges with the Dragon Balls, and they both disappear out of excistance.
