Hoya Engleriana
Type: Leaves approx 1.5 cm long, one of the smallest of the hoyas, grow out flat and then become very round and succulent. I have only seen two leaves to one node.
Flowers: like H. Bella, no smell, I have only seen them at the end of branches. Usually flowers here in the summer. Usually four flowers every time, loses the peduncle after flowering.
This plant grows at high altitude where it gets lots of fog (thankyou Aloha Hoyas for this information), therefore it is reasonable to suggest that it loves to be misted but not overwatered. Mine lost a lot of leaves until I stopped watering it so much, now it's much happier. This hoya tends to produce branches from the bottom of the plant, and doesn't really produce many branches above this apart from occasionally when it gets cut. A good specimen for hanging.
