Meta Securities, Inc.

Background: Meta Securities is a small corporation based out of Chicago, UCAS. Public record shows the corporation being formed in April of 2057. It is a private corporation. No stocks are traded on any exchange. The board of directors is still made up of the original creators of the company.

Operations: Meta Securities currently specialize in the field of executive protection. They have so far proved themselves to be competant in this area. There are rumors that at least one of the "Big 8" has contracted with them in the past to provide security for a visiting exec.

More recently, the company has expanded into the very competetive field of small scale security for businesses. Their first client being a club called The Cascades Club located on the south-eastern edge of the Chicago Core. The Cascades is trying to upscale in the world with higher class security to attract more corporate clientele.

As of now, all potential contracts are approved individually by the board of directors on a case-by-case basis.

Staff: Meta Securities currently employs seven full-time guards for the afore-mentioned club. Also in their employ are two-full time mechanics and a secretary at their base of operations. In spite of this, the board of directors are the ones you are most likely to run into. Unlike most other corporations, they actually do the work, and they do it well.

Apparently, they also have on-call, six additional "operatives". These people are competent and well equipped, and appear to be usually used as a second team.
