If you really like Fu's site and wants to add a link to your own site its much easier than you think. All you need to do is send me an email with your URL, your email address, and a basic description of your site.
If your site offers a service, or sells items, or generates money
in any form I will have to charge a bit to put your banner on. Nothing personal, it just that it only fair that if I'm getting you customers, I should be compensated accordingly.
Otherwise, if your site is not a money making site then we can simply exchange banners.
