I'm originally from Italy. I've been there most of my life,
working as a developer on network and scientific applications (fax servers, custom CADs,
mechanical engineering applications, pollution detection systems, etc) and as a system
administrator in a company PC/VAX network. In 1993 I moved to Dublin, Ireland, where I've been working for Microsoft as a Technical Specialist Level 10 for the localized products (Windows for Workgroup, Windows NT and System Management Server). After three years I moved to the other side of the pond, San Francisco, where I'm currently employed as a Software Localization Engineer for Kinetix, the Multimedia division of Autodesk. This is where I started to play with 3D Studio MAX and decided to give my career a twist. I was never into animation before, not even into art except for a few pencil drawings and photographs I have been doing as a hobby.

Oh, my gosh. The cover of Fortune? Yup, it's not a joke. On March 98, me and my little parrot made it to the front page. And no, I didn't say those things... (200x273, 18K) |

One of my pencil drawings. If you look carefully, you will see this one and a couple of others in the throne room of the animation. (400x577, 79K) |
