Mortisha showed up positive for heart
worm. We had her treated and today she went back to the vet and received
a clean bill of health. We started her on heart worm prevention today.
She now can be joined with her puppy "Floppy". Floppy is still
very skittish & won't let us touch her. We do "forced loving"
every chance we get. |
| Sad news: Valentino has disappeared. He would come and go as he pleased, but has not come back to the ranch in over 1 month. Anytime we would put him in a pen, he would literally climb out of it. Maybe one day we'll see him, again... |

Good News: We
found the owner of "Corky" & she is now back with her family.
The picture posted at the grocery store proved to be a "good thing".
A neighbor of the owner thought the dog looked familiar & let him
know, they called us & we took Corky over there. Three little kids
were waiting to greet "Shorty" (her real name). It made us very
happy. |
