No One

I am no one you have heard of
I am no one that you know
For I live so very far away
And a long, long time ago
In my life I have done nothing
Either good or very bad
But I would not change a second
Of the times that I have had

So I sit here with my memories
And I watch the passing year
And the ones that passed before it
And the things that brought me here
At a cafe not too distant
Someone plays 'As Time Goes By'
Does he know what I've been thinking?
Does he feel the same as I.
