My name in the real life is Daniel Rodríguez Herrera, I'm 24 years old, I was born in Madrid and lived in Majadahonda (a town near Madrid) since then. I study at the Computer Sciences College of the Madrid Politechnic University, but I hope I will finish in a few months.

I began to hear modules some years ago, in 92 if my memories aren't wrong. But I didn't compose my first module (Aún recuerdo) until autumn 95. I'd remixed it but it's basically the same MOD I did with FastTracker 2, my first tracker.

My first modules were so simple that I don't need more features than the old MOD format ones. But, during the second part of the year of 1996, I started to compose more sophisticated modules like Si tan solo and La carta.

Then, I received a wonderful birthday gift: home Internet access. I began to contact with other people in Spain interested in modules. I meet ANpe these days, and ask him to create a group in february 97. He accepts, and Melancholy was born. While being a part of it I'd compose my best songs, like More than a memory or A time of changes.

Until now my songs have been mostly sad piano ballads, but I'm trying to change this. Possibly my new modules will be orchestral.
